So I had a party a few weeks ago and let me tell you , it was wild and way too much for me to clean. So a friend let me know of this cleaning service and so I decided to try it out. At first I was leery since I never used a cleaning company, but with a 3 floor home, I needed help. He gave me a flyer and I was very surprised that they had coupons and quoted me a really good quote. Although the young lady said they do clean offices and other types of buildings, my home would also be cleaned because no job was too small or big. The lady who came (Maria), not sure if she was the owner, was extremely professional with her accent and just a pleasure to meet. She did a walk through and even said that her crew would definitely do a good job. Which was an understatement. I mean they cleaned and made my home look as if I just moved in again. And I have to say, I was really happy I called because one of the crew gave me a small zip-lock bag with 2 rings and a bracelet that I must have put some-were and couldn't find. Now for this, they get 5 stars because of their honesty. I am pleased. The prices were very competitive and maybe a bit less that a few places I thought of using, so I will be calling K & B again next time I have a "get out of hand" party. Well...punctuality isn't exactly their strong suit so if you're in a time crunch I wouldn't exactly bet the farm on them. My housekeeper was about an hour late, but it wasn't really a big deal for me since I work from home. Once she made it she was great though. A full thorough clean and she even folded a load of laundry. Totally worth it if you have company coming in for a weekend. One nice thing is that they quote you per job and not hourly like most other other cleaning services do. Once they tell you a price it's the same whether the job takes 2 or 4 hours. Overall a pretty good option if you're not great at getting all the dust. read more

I hired K&B to clean 2 rooms of carpet and a badly stained recliner chair. I had to twice postpone because of construction delays. Maria was kind and understanding and we got the perfect date for her team to come in to do the work. They arrived promptly at the chosen time. Acceptable home cleaning service, not outstanding, but decent enough. When you call to schedule, they quote you the price up front for what you are looking for, which is nice. I have an approx 800 square feet one bedroom, which they quoted $85 and I did the add-on of cleaning inside the oven for $15 (not covered in their standard cleaning). The woman showed up about 10-15 mins after the scheduled time and took about 2 hours for the cleaning. The cleaning was overall good enough, but not super spic and span like I've had from other cleaning ladies. i.e., still a bit of dust bunnies under a bench...I actually ended up just re-vacuuming to get everything, but I'm anal. And I don't think she mopped the wood floors, which I thought would have been included... Microwave cleaned, but still a bit of food grime in the corners etc. They bring all their own supplies, but they products seem to be vinegar based, which isn't my favorite smell, so keep that in mind if you are the same. One of the pluses is that they were really easy to schedule...I called the day before and they could come at 9am the next day. So if you are needing someone in a pinch, this is a decent option, but not the best of the best in terms of attention to detail. read more

I reached out to them because the maid I have used in the past was unwell and I needed some urgent cleaning done after replacing my furniture. They gave me the earliest possible time they could manage and she (Atzimba) arrived right on time, and got started as soon as I showed her around. She was very flexible working on other rooms while I was building a table in the living room and even gave me a helping hand to move the table to the right position. Just had a great experience scheduling with Maria yesterday and Erica came to clean today. She was on-time, efficient, and friendly. Our home smells amazing and she really took care of the little details- even dusted framed photos on the walls.
