After attempting to clean my carpet with some solvent, I finally gave up and called a professional. After looking at the ratings on Yelp I gave Rick a call. He went over the carpet twice and did the stairs. He said to call if all the stains did not come out. Three days later I called him back, he pick up the rug the next day for a thorough washing. He called a few weeks later and told me that the rug looked brand new! I couldn't believe it. He brought it back and it looked amazing. My wife and I love our dog Smoochie, but recently he had gotten sick and left stains trailed all over our brand new carpets. We tried to use a cleaner from Walgreens, and all it did was worsen the stain and bleach little spots onto the carpet. We called immediately after. Rick had been prompt and explained that he couldn't get it perfect and had explained a better option than resolve and how some cleaners can cause stains to set in. While not priceless antiques, each represented an investment, and I wanted a thorough cleaning before placement in our new home. Bewise Master has a great reputation in the area, and after a quick phone call with Kyle, during which methods and cost were discussed, I was told there was someone in my area who could pick my rugs up immediately. Guys: the two tufted wool 9' x 12' Pottery Barn rugs are mine, and I'd like them back some day. In the meantime, I'd be grateful for acknowledgement they are in the shop, identified as mine. They were not inexpensive--at least not to me. I know others have rugs worth many times the amount I spent on mine. But mine are, well, *mine.* They are anchors in my home. They tie our rooms together and create warmth, both literally and figuratively. They were where my kids crawled and opened their Christmas presents. I wish I never cleaned the rug with the company because now I need to spend 400 dollars and they refuse to given me any money toward another rug after ruining my rug and not even cleaning the stain. The manager notified me he been running this business for 20 years and he not going go back and forth me because I told the drivers it was matted which is was not. The drivers specifically told me the rug look super clean when I explained it didn't. My rug use to be light grey now it almost brown. The driver also spent half the time asking me how I can live in apartment with such big windows rather than trying to understand they ruined my rug. I'm putting the review on google, yelp and BBB complaint. If I do not receive my check by the end of day January 22nd I will be contacting American Express to dispute the transaction as well. My boyfriend came over who seen this rug multiple times before they toke it for the "cleaning" was shocked on how disgusting the rug looked now. Update 10 minutes after review was posted: I spoke with the manager at 1:58pm after he reviewed my review. He stated if I don't remove my review he will not send me a check anymore. I said to him that I put up the review because other should know and I still have to pay for 400 dollar new rug. He explained he could give me 150 and I explained the rug is 400 dollars and 200 would be more sufficient. He notified me I was black mailing him. I explained to him that he black mailing me by trying to force me to remove a review to get a refund for an item they destroyed. He explained he not doing anything for me and that im a lil entitled something then he hung up the phone. I will be contacting American Express given manager has now clarified I will not get a refund because I refuse to remove this review. Response to company comment below. The owner stated I tried to blackmail them. I asked them to provide me my refund and if they offer additional compensation for ruining a 400 dollar rug. They said they can offer me 200 dollars and I would have to sign a legal document to never post a negative review about them and remove this review. I do not feel comfortable signing any legal documents and will be proceeding with going to American Express to have my money refund. I have documentation through text messages AS PROOF of this incase they try re comment that I tried to blackmail them which isn't true. I have attached them. The individuals that work for this company is extremely scary and they try to intimidate you as well as talk down to you. At this point, Idc for the 200 dollars they're paying for me to take down this review I want other people to be warned about this company.

It took them hours to get back to me and when they did, all they could say is they were closed for the weekend and to call back on Tuesday. I was on my own to get the carpet as dry as possible as quickly as possible to prevent musty smells and mold growth. I had fans running, dehumidifiers running, and still it took beyond 3 days to dry it out. With the carpet so wet, it is not likely they sucked up any of the dirty water. I had 4 rooms "cleaned" by this company. It took about 20 minutes to "clean" the rooms. That was…read morea big red flag. They brought in what looked to be a rug doctor type machine. The carpets were soaking wet after they were done. My wife had to suck up the water with her home carpet cleaner. The water was very dirty. I called the owner and he said "Well is the carpet clean?" I showed him the picture below and he said "Well all carpet is going to be dirty its not tile". Isn't that what I just paid him for? Clean carpet? He offered to come back and reclean the carpet. No thank you. There are plenty of companies that take pride in their work. Please avoid this company like the plague.
