Amazing job and outstanding professionalism. I contacted Rick last minute and he was able to accommodate me in his schedule. He got to my place ON TIME and ready to work. Carpet looks and smells great! I recommend All Star Carpet Care read more

I used this service in January of 2019. I had submitted quotes to other carpet cleaning companies and All Star Carpet Care was the quickest to respond. And for carpet cleaning, you more often than not need someone to get there ASAP. They arrived at my apartment and cleaned my carpet and the upholstery on some of my furniture. They were very friendly and professional when they arrived, as well. Thank you for your help! read more

Hire these guys! I was moving in to a place that needed carpet stretching and cleaning and most places only do one or the other. I was looking for a company that could do both which was harder than I thought. Upon recommendation from a real estate agent, I reached out to this company and Rick said they could handle both for a reasonable price. They did an amazing job! The only issue we had was with scheduling. There was some confusion as to the scheduling of these 2 services and they were late arriving to do both the stretching one day and the cleaning the next day BUT they stayed late into the evening for both services and did a very thorough job. I am very happy with the service they provided! I also appreciated how quick and communicative Rick was via text message. Sometimes I don't have the cycles to sit down and call people so having the option to text was definitely huge plus. read more

Rosalie and Julian were prompt, professional and came to the rescue after my dog had an accident on our basement carpeting. I am so pleased how the carpeting looked after they cleaned it. Thank you!!!! read more

Great company! They took their time to clean some carpet that has not been clean in a very long time and left it looking great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them! read more

Great experience working with Rick & team. I contacted several services to get pricing for couch and rug cleaning, and he replied the quickest and with the best quote out of anyone. They showed up right on time and did a great job with minimal inconvenience to us. Not much else to say except that I highly recommend All Star, and certainly plan on using them again! read more

Amazing company! They came out to my home the same day I called and worked a miracle in a quick period of time. Great customer service and affordable prices! Will definitely recommend them everywhere I go. read more

Wonderful and friendly service. They did a great job on the carpet in my condo building common areas. They even Scotchgarded the carpet afterwards. We have pets in our building so they took the time to concentrate on a few set-in stains I thought wouldn't come out, but they did! Great job! read more

As a homeowner, I have deal with scores of home repair specialists. Rick is the finest. He rescued our carpeting which we thought we would have to replace. He and his colleague did the job of cleaning our stained and bedraggled carpeting with absolutely no fuss and no disruption. All Star is not a slick, razzle dazzle service with a customer service team and a fancy website. It is honest, incredibly dedicated professionals who leave you feeling afterward that you got double the value for your money. Thank you, Rick! read more

We got great service from All Star! We're a non-profit on a budget and they gave us a great price. They even offered to donate to our fundraiser...without even being asked. Prompt and efficient. Nice people, too. read more

First impressions are everything. I reached out for a quote and received one, but since I had already booked a different service, I thought I would let him know so he wouldn't be left hanging. I said "thank you very much for the quote", but essentially I had someone contact me sooner at a lower price,so I booked with them. Rick's response? "we dont send a crew you enjoy wet carpets sorry we do high end work" Over Yelp... Luckily I enjoy wet carpets much more than I enjoy snotty ones. read more

Pros: Easy to schedule, came on time, professional. Cons: Our carpet was in pretty good shape with only a few stains (just from basic traffic, not any spills). Despite All Star being confident that they were gone, they appeared again after a couple of days. The price was much higher than competitors, but we went with them because we wanted quality. read more

Good stuff here. Crazy fast reply to my initial request for quite. Solid follow up throughout the process was greatly appreciated. Rick and Lawrence did a great job and even tackled a nasty ink stain I had zero expectations of being handled. On time. Fairly priced. Quality work. What more does anyone need. Highly recommend. read more

Awesome awesome service! I had some REALLY bad pet stains on my carpet but the guys were able to make the carpet like new. Would definitely use them again! read more

Rick and his helper were very nice were about 20 minutes early. He's upfront and honest. I'm very pleased with his work and would use him and recommend him to anyone needing carpets cleaned. Thanks Rick! read more

I had tenants moving out and I needed 3 rooms done quickly. I called my usual carpet cleaner and they had no one available until the following week. I called Rich at All Star and he happened to have a cancellation for the next day. I'm really glad I did. He is a no nonsense, honest and knowledgeable professional. He finished 3 rooms quickly and I ended up having him do the stairwell also. I have to say he did a better job then the company I used before and the price is right! Do yourself a favor, if you need carpet, rugs or furniture cleaned, give All Start a shot! read more

Called at the last minute before new tenants were moving in and Rick was able to fit me in that day! He was super nice, helpful and professional as well. There were some deep stains in the carpet that they paid special attention to and almost completely removed. The carpet looks worlds better! Will definitely be a return customer! read more

Rick and his assistant are great! They are very prompt and can really clean some carpet. I've used All-Star 4 times and they have yet to disappoint. I have a three year old that gets into makeup and anything else she can reach so my carpet gets messy really fast. This company has been able to remove the toughest stains out of my carpet. I recommend Rick and his team for your carpet cleaning needs. They are the best!!! read more

Excellent serviceand very responsible! Carpet was very very well cleanded. They helped us move everything in our apartment and made sure every area of the carpet was cleaned. Definitley will be refering and calling again! read more

Do not hire - DO NOT TRUST. After Rick and Frank cleaned the carpet, a valuable item ($150 drill) was missing. I know for a fact it was taken because I was doing work in that room, using the drill just before their arrival. I was a female, home alone, they saw me as an easy target. I do not recommend this company, they will rip you off. read more

As soon as rick and his crew took over they have been nothing but friendly professional and worked with an incredible sense of urgency!!! Rick was not joking when it came to quality my carpet was like new I was literally stunned by the amazing work. I own three cats so let's just say it was much need for this animal lover! Thank you so much all star! I recommend to for anyone who wants the money's worth. read more

Great service. They arrived on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Will use them again and highly recommend. Also great price as I only needed 1 carpet cleaned. read more

Rick and his colleague just got done from a really dirty cream rug we had that was pretty large at 15x15. I had spilled coffee on it and we had numerous other stains on it. All gone! Highly recommended as the guys take their time, did a small rug at no extra charge for us. Bonus points for Rick for being a dog lover as our dog really liked him! read more

Rick and his crew helped out with an emergency clean and did a wonderful job from start to finish. He took my call right away, recognized the urgent situation, and came by quickly to start addressing it before it worsened. The crew stayed late for the initial treatment and returned early the next morning to follow up and finish the job. The price was fair and the results were great. All Star Carpet came through for us in a tough situation and fully deserves 5 stars. read more

Awesome. They came out quickly. They were reasonably priced. Honest and Super Hard working. We had some tough stains and they came back out immediately, a second day to address some stains that didn't come out on the first go. They seem like good people who want to do nothing less than excellent work and clearly strive to exceed expectations. So rare to see that. I highly recommend giving them a try. read more

Rick and his crew were awesome and even donated a free carpet cleaning to my theater company. He made sure to take his time and insured the carpet colors were vibrant again. Rick is a great man who takes pride in his work and is willing to give back to his community. I recommend him for carpet and furniture cleaning. All Star Carpet Care is the best! read more

I called for pricing and the question right off the bat was, "are you looking around for prices?" I answered "yes." (Of course I was calling places for prices and finding out service levels- do most people not???) Straight away I was told, and I quote, "then we are not the company for you, because we do quality work." I was speechless for a moment. Only after that put out there did the man ask what I was looking to have priced. I told him, still in shock by what was just said to a prospective customer. Actually, pricing did seem fair and based on reviews I may have gone with them. But there was no way I was hiring this company after how the initial interaction went! I was also interested to see if they did post remodel cleaning (obviously I didn't get that far into my inquiries). I was made to feel like some cheap skate just because I was calling for a price! It was strange. read more

Very wonderful job! Our carpets look fantastic, as does our couch. After two babies and many, many years of spit up, spills, and slippery shoes these guys were able to lift many many stains and make our rugs look new! They were very professional and even talked me out of getting a chair cleaned b/c it was a slipcover that I could just put in the wash myself. read more

We have used All Star Carpet Care twice and have been very pleased with the results. One stain was particularly difficult to get out, and Rick and his assistant did a fantastic job. We will definitely use them again. read more

Rick did a fantastic job, really taking his time to get the carpets clean and dry. He also cleaned an extra chair for free because he had time. Both he and his assistant were funny and nice, and they are really dedicated to the community, donating to a number of non-profits and giving our office (a progressive community foundation) a significant discount on our cleaning. read more

All Star has always been prompt and responsive to my requests for special services such as pet soilings and flooding cleanups. I recommend them for both carpet and furniture cleaning. read more

Nice meeting you Rick and Alfred. They did a great job on our rugs and furniture, brought treats for our dogs and played with them when the dogs were let out. No hesitation in recommending them for their services. read more

Rick came out next-day, right at the time promised. We had some difficult stain areas, and they got them out! Carpet was walkable almost right away--not sopping wet. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!! read more

Rick and his co-worker did an outstanding job on my carpet with their industrial-grade equipment. They also took a wool area rug (2/3" pile) to their shop and returned it looking like new! (despite a black mystery spot). Professional and personable. read more

Per usual my lack of time management had me going crazy last minute- I waited until the day before our closing to call for carpet cleaning. All Star was literally the only company that answered their phones on a Wednesday after 6pm. We originally planned for the next morning-I called LAST MINUTE to reschedule because once again my time management lacked, first they couldn't accommodate but somehow/someway Rick made it happen and he was there that afternoon. read more

What a great experience!!! Rick responded promptly and was able to come over the very next morning. He was prompt, responsive and did an excellent job!!! VERY Highly recommended!!!! read more

Rick and team are just like their names - ALL STARS. After calling a few places who weren't available to come help us for a few days (not OK with soaking wet carpets in 2 rooms!), Rick did not hesitate and was by our side in a few hours. They moved quickly, gave us the right advice, and saved the day. They are number #1 in my book for all carpet care. Thank your Rick and team!!! read more

Professional, affordable and on time. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and I was left satisfied. Great job guys!

Great service took the time to do the job right, didn't soak my carpets and leave like some other services i'v had, these guys are great

Outstanding job - my off white carpets had stains from traffic and normal wear - they look brand new. I've used others but this is the best!
