Viktoriia was excellent, the service was much more than I had anticipated. I will look forward to her cleaning our home ever other week as scheduled. The charge was reasonable. read more

Exceptional, every single time!! I'll never use anyone else. I leave my key at the front desk, they do their thing and always leave the condo immaculate. Paying attention to every little detail and taking their time to do a thorough job. The value for this type of quality is unmatched! read more

First time using Get Clean and I was very impressed. The booking and communication was easy, Viktoriia did a wonderful job cleaning our 3 bed/2.5 bath. She took the time \needed to complete the job and I came home to a sparkling house! Exceeded my expectations. read more

I looked at a number of cleaning services to do a deep clean on a tight schedule. When I could see prices on websites, the others were considerably more expensive; and no one contacted me after I left messages. Get Clean is the only one I saw that offered online scheduling. It was quick to set up an appointment and pay with tip (not charged until after the cleaning). I appreciated the email telling me who was coming and then texts the day of to keep me informed of her arrival. Viktoriia did the deep clean plus indoor windows. She worked hard and was thorough. My condo hasn't been this clean in quite a while! I highly recommend both Get Clean and Viktoriia. read more

I needed some help cleaning my house while I was gone on vacation. I have three young cats at home, and I knew already what a mess it is going to be when I'm back :) I was worried a bit about the checkin process since i was not at home, but everything went super smooth and Olha did an excellent job cleaning the house. When we were back home, everything was super clean. I definitely recommend Olha and will ask for her help in the future. read more

Wow! Ordered on short notice, and they were able to come through. Pre-visit text communication excellent, let me know whole time as they were on way. Elizabeth was assigned. She is excellent. Did a top notch job throughout. Highly recommend this company. read more

We needed the gutters on our two-story home and unattached garage. GetClean took some back-and-forth to schedule but when they arrived the service was quick and easy. Great quality for the price and good value for the service! Will use their services again for sure. read more

First, Get Clean really helped me out when my moving date was changed and I needed a new cleaner for our move out. They were flexible and quick to respond. Our cleaner, Olga was helpful and thorough! read more

I had a clean today by Nataliia. She did an amazing job. I'd had a hard time finding someone to provide that level of service since moving to town especially for the reasonable price! read more

Absolutely outstanding service from Anna and her crew! As a landlord of a 6 unit apartment building, I usually get requests from new tenants who want to move in quickly. When this happens, I send Anna a message via yelp and she sends me a very reasonable qoutation with flexible dates and times. This past weekend, I sent a request in the morning for a "move in" deep clean service and she replied right away. The soonest available date was too far out and she was so kind to meet my request and came that same night! Not only was the the apartment unit cleaned the same day, this is the fourth time I have now used Anna's services and she delivers a service that is consistent. No surprises, I know what I am getting and that alone is good enough for me. As of now, Pro Family Cleaning is my default cleaning service provider. Give them a try if you are not satisfied with your current home cleaning business. 6 stars! photos for reference.... read more

We had a deep clean and it was great, the place was spotless and would definitely use GetClean and Anastasiya again!

I never had housekeepers growing up and I'd never been in a position to hire some of my own until now. Yesterday I received my first service and when I returned home from work, I could not. stop. smiling. My home had never looked better. It smelled so fresh and "new". There wasn't a spec of dust or dirt anywhere. All mirrors and glass surfaces were streak free. My rugs were properly vacuumed. They made my bed (even when I mentioned that wasn't necessary - hey i'm not mad at it), the interior windows and sills were impeccable. I'm so overjoyed. I was so nervous because i've heard horror stories from other companies but when I reached out for a quote here on yelp- they were the first to respond and that already had left a great impression on me. I love that the website makes it easy to book and add on a la carte cleaning options. Since mine hadnt been professionally cleaned in over 90 days, I opted for the heavy duty clean and added on interior windows and inside of oven. Everything was just perfect. So perfect I didn't want to touch anything when I got home. I look forward to having my home cleaned by Anastasia every 3 weeks moving forward. read more

My previous tenant left me with a dirty apartment, that's the reason I called GetClean service to clean it up. Two college girl looking ladies show up, on time, and they took a look, called their boss, who told me they couldn't service this, bio-hazard, etc. I told the boss I would pay more, they refused. Then they were gone, cancel for me and still charge me $50 fee for cancellation. I called the boss back, he told me no one would be able to clean that apartment because it's too extreme situation. So now I am down $50, wasted 90 minutes for the appointment, and I still had to find another cleaner. I called SWEEP Cleaning, which is another top rated service on Yelp. They sent two middle age Hispanic ladies, they cleaned everything, from the dirty microwave, all the dusty windows, baseboards, toilet, shower, ceiling fan, etc, etc. My unit was clean like never before, I was really pleased, for less than $300. read more

Warning, I would not go with this cleaning service! This company is money-hungry! I cancelled the service within the 24 hours required and they still charged me a cancellation fee. They are very inconsiderate. Will never consider them for any future cleanings. read more

I sent out an inquiry for a deep cleaning service on Yelp and Get Clean immediately stood out from the rest. I receive a prompt and thorough response which in hindsight turned out to be an indicator of what they're cleaning service is like. The team of two cleaning professionals arrived early per my request and promptly at 7am. I requested a deep clean of my empty apartment before moving out, as required by my landlord. They did a thorough and detailed cleaning of my entire apartment including inside the cabinets and refrigerator. The team was friendly and professional and worked with a sense of urgency. I was very pleased with the work performed and would not hesitate to recommend to a friend. read more

the quality and value and insane. i'm so happy to find a company i can trust to clean anytime.

I'm usually super picky when it comes to cleaning.. but I am so impressed with GetClean's services. I've had Olha and Mariana come out to service my 2-story home and they are both fantastic! The time it took each servicer to clean my home is roughly the same amount of time it would take me. I know they aren't rushing or procrastinating when they come here. GetClean's prices are comparable with other cleaning services in the area, but the weekly discount they provide is better than competitors. I've read other reviews about the GetClean servicer not cleaning certain areas of the home and/or the cleaning was not thorough enough.. but all you have to do is tell the servicer what you want clean and if it's not to your liking they will go over it again? It's very simple. If I could give this company more stars I would. read more

Liza did a wonderful job. These older apartments are hard to keep clean and she did a great and took her time. Honestly, best cleaning I've seen to date and I have used many companies. Owner is responsive as a well. Good reminders. read more

Olha did an excellent job cleaning my apartment! She arrived at the start of the 2-hour window, she was very thorough and left my place cleaner than it had ever been. I was really impressed. Cleaners did not speak English and because of the language barrier, we faced some issues getting the house cleaned properly. This happened twice and unfortunately I do not have the patience to try a third time. I would not recommend the service. read more

This team was downright surgical about their cleaning process in the best possible way. I've started using them every time a tenant moves out because they are phenomenal at getting the place back to a true day 1 baseline level, including the tough areas like ovens and ceiling vents. Highly recommend. read more

Ira made everything sparkle and made things look brand new that I thought could never look that way again. She was so hard working, and fastidious about details. We appreciate her so much! read more

Get Clean did an AMAZING job on a deep clean for my place. It was very easy to view service options on the website and book online; the pricing was competitive; and the staff was highly communicative. I can't give enough praise to Anastasiya - she was timely, professional, thorough, and personable. My place was immaculate when she left. read more

This was my first time using this cleaning agency. The lady who came did a great job on the oven and two bathrooms. However, it took her seven hours to just clean those areas. Our floors did not get cleaned at all and neither did any of the surfaces including tables. I called John and he said someone would come over to see what was not cleaned. No one showed up. We paid too much money to only have one oven and two bathrooms cleaned for seven hours. I do not recommended. read more

Nataliia was great! She really took her time and the place looks great. She didn't speak much english, but she had a talk to translate app so we were able to communicate fine. Definitely will recommend and use again! read more

Excellent cleaning service today! Two ladies in my apartment for just over two hours.

Nataliia did a great job at deep cleaning my place. She thoughtfully found places for items I appreciated too. Highly recommend Get Clean and Nataliia. read more

They responded quickly. Asking for a fair price and even discounts for continuous service. I will definitely be booking them in the future!

Based on the reviews I was looking forward to working with them. I sent emails and made calls but no one ever responded.

Tried them a couple of times, and the quality of the cleaning is just very low. Somewhat unprofessional as well. On top of the fact that it barely looks like anyone was here to clean, the first person they sent was coughing as soon as she arrived--at the height of a COVID surge. She was not masked. We asked her to leave and rescheduled with GetClean - they were accommodating and said the cleaning person had tested negative for COVID. Regardless of her COVID status, my wife and I still caught the flu or whatever other infection from her. The second cleaner also was not wearing a mask--this time at the height of Omicron. But more importantly, it just wasn't very clean when she was finished. read more

Have had two cleanings so far and while the cleanings were passable, I had to point out spots that were missed. During this last cleaning it was evident that our wood floors were not vacuumed and mopped well enough as there was visible dirt and spots that were missed. Additionally, counters were not adequately cleaned as after running a cloth over them there was visible crumbs and so forth. I also had to ask the cleaning lady to re-clean our jacuzzi tub as she missed the visible dirt on the jets. I wish they would pay closer attention to detail as it's not a great value for the price when I have to re-clean spots that were missed. Lastly, the cleaner was in and out in less than 3 hours; with my prior cleaning service through another company, the cleaner would routinely spend 4-5 hours - I was expecting this level of rigor when I booked this service but I got the feeling that the cleaner was just looking to do the bare minimum and get out of my place. I have cancelled my recurring service and would not recommend unless you needed a cleaning quickly in a pitch. On the positive side, they do have ample availability and the booking engine is easy to use and intuitive. It's also nice that they bring their own supplies and equipment. read more

Nataliia was great and was very detail oriented. Pricing was fair for the service and quality I received.

Alena was really really excellent. I paid a flat rate of $175 plus tip and she spent nearly 6 hours cleaning my 3 bed/2bath 1600 sq foot apartment. Could not be happier with the quality of the job. read more
