Super Easy to Schedule. Great price. Cleaner arrived early and did a great job. She spent over three hours cleaning and the place looks good! read more

Alena was AMAZING! She went above and beyond and did a thorough job. I'm am so happy with her service and would recommend! Also the booking was easy and hassle free! Definitely will be using this service in the future. And this message is coming from someone who loves and needs a clean home!! read more

I was in need of a regular cleaning service so I tried out GetClean based on positive reviews. I'm so happy I did. I am VERY particular when it comes to cleaning services and was very impressed by the job that Olia and Anastayia did. They were thorough, professional and efficient. It was very easy to communicate with the owner John. I also appreciated that he sent me text notifications when my cleaners were arriving. Overall, I am very pleased and will continue to use their services in the future. read more

One of the best cleaning services I have used to date. The person that cleaned our place was very good.

Our house looks better than it ever has! We are thrilled! Everything from the bathrooms, to the kitchen, to the bedrooms, it's all amazing!! Thank you, Anastasyia! read more

Olia was amazing! Very friendly, courteous, and she did a great job cleaning our house.

This was my first experience with professional cleaning and I was quite nervous. They did a great job and it was unbelievably helpful!!

I used GetClean for a heavy duty move out last week. To say they did amazing was an understatement. I hadn't seen that place that clean since my niece moved in 15+ years ago! The online booking process was super simple. I even had to reschedule a few times. I truly couldn't believe how great the place looked. Likely going to use GetClean again moving forward for some regular cleaning around my own place. Highly recommend GetClean. Worth every penny! read more

Excellent service!!! They really know what they are doing, and very efficient!!! You won't go wrong by choosing them

I've been using GetClean for about 2 years now, and they have been very reliable, professional and detailed oriented. It's always very nice to come home to a squeaky clean home. They spend 2-3 hours in apartment, with 2 cleaners. They spend a lot of time scrubbing down every inch of the bathroom, mopping and vacuuming other areas, they also clean the sideboards which I appreciate. I hope they don't lose their quality service, keep up the good work! read more

I needed to get my condo cleaned before listing it for sale. GetClean sent a cleaner who did a decent job but unfortunately, broke a portion of my glass shower door. When communicating with their head office, they said the shower door wasn't installed properly (not sure how they could determine this) and could only refund me 50 dollars on my cleaning fee (which they never did). I have to now get a new shower door which will cost $650+. I would not recommend or ever use GetClean again. Terrible customer service read more

The most remarkable cleaning service I've ever had - not exaggerating. Hired GetClean to clean an apartment I was moving into, when my roomate , who had been living there, how how clean the place was he proceeded to FaceTime people who had been over before to show them how good it looked. They were so fair about the price, incredible value! They were timely, diligent, and experts! Highly recommend, would use again! read more

I hired GetClean to deep clean a kitchen, including a very greasy stove and yucky refrigerator. Olha did an great job cleaning all.

Have been consistently happy with GetClean over the past year. Their first visit they took 6 hours to get my condo back to a clean state, they're super flexible with my schedule (I travel a lot for work), and the cleaners always do a fantastic job even when i'm working from home with pets read more

Very poor service. Unprofessional stay away from service. They did not vacuum living room whatsoever or dust... Stay away. They go by the clock should be more understanding read more

Natalia was super professional and did a great job! Service was on time, communication was easy, and the place was spotless. Will definitely be booking again! read more

Anna and her team were great! Very efficient and thorough. Will definitely hire them again.

We were very happy with the job Professional Family Cleaning did. The girls were thorough, took great care with our furniture and fragile items, and worked efficiently. We will definitely be using them again. read more

What a wonderful company! My home looks, feels and smells amazing. I've never had a person come in to clean that is so Meticulous, not an easy job when you are cleaning up after two teenagers, two big dogs and three cats. Everything was left spotless and I'm still in AWE. Cannot thank Anna enough for the Awesome job she did!! Looking forward to doing business with her and Professional Family Cleaning for years to come. read more

Great service on short notice. Thorough cleaning and good customer service.

Exceptional service! What a wonderful company to work with. Professional, kind, hardworking, and overall great experience. The girls left my house looking flawless! We just moved in to our new home so we needed a fresh start and they exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be using them again! read more

These gals were awesome. My wife and I are clean freaks, and every once and a while like to give ourselves a week off. Cannot recommend any higher. There were just so many little details that they covered, I can't even begin. Already passed their info on to my sister and mother in law. We will be hiring them back again next month :) read more

PFC did a great job on my home. I hired them for a monthly service, and they performed a deep clean for the first visit. They were extremely thorough and left my home spotless. The pricing was very fair - I paid extra to have them wash my windows for $50, which I thought was slightly steep, but otherwise the pricing was great. I am looking forward to having them clean my home again next month! read more

Svitlana did an outstanding job getting my condo clean. She spent about 2.5 hours making sure everything was spotless. Well worth the cost. Thank you Svitlana! I will definitely use GetClean again in the future and would certainly recommend them to friends. Prices are very reasonable, website is easy for scheduling, and you get reminders and status updates. read more

Anna and Anastasiya did a wonderful job! They arrived early and began right away. They were very friendly and super fast! We had a deep clean and added the interior windows, fridge, and oven to be cleaned. The house smells great and we will definitely be going with GetClean again!!! read more

I contacted this company through Yelp after seeing the positive reviews. I received a response quickly with a very competitive rate. We were able to book my desired date for a deep cleaning. Two girls were sent for three hours. They did an AMAZING job. I have not been able to clean my stovetop off completely, and they were able to. They paid a lot of attention to areas they have not seem a good clean in awhile. Great service. read more

I used this service to bridge the gap while my regular cleaning lady has been out. Elizabeth did such a great job. She was thorough and friendly and timely. She arranged my kids toys in a cute fun way. They loved how she did their room (which never happens!). While the price is $$; it was in line with the other services that gave me quotes. Will use again if I'm in a pinch!! read more

Wish I could give zero stars. This was not what was promised and will not be using this service again.

Very happy with the cleaning service I received from Maria and Oksana! I booked my service the day before and specified that I needed a heavy duty clean. My home was spotless when they were done! I requested extra time and attention to the bathrooms and they did a wonderful job. They brought their own cleaning supplies and vacuum which I was happy with since I specified that I didn't have many good supplies for a heavy duty clean. Highly recommend! read more

It was very easy to make the appointment. The cleaner arrived on time with all the supplies for cleaning. The cleaning was thorough and she left the house very clean. I would recommend this service and plan to use them again. read more

I'm very satisfied with my home cleaning with Professional Family Cleaning. Anna and Nadia did a wonderful job cleaning my home. They were very thorough and detailed. I also appreciate their professionalism. They were very thoughtful when entering the home as they switched to inside shoes before they started the cleaning. They also brought all their own products and equipment. It was also nice that there were 2 people cleaning at the same time. I like to be home when my home is being cleaned so this cut the cleaning time in half. I look forward to working with Professional Family Cleaning again. Thank you, Anna and Nadia for a great cleaning experience! read more

I was absolutely blown away by how clean everything was. Anastasiya was fantastic and left wonderful little touches along the way. Thank you

GetClean responded very quickly to my Yelp message and was able to schedule cleaners on 3 days notice. They did a fantastic job on my 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. Could not ask for anything better. I will definitely use them again for my next cleaning. Thank you! read more

Anna was responsive and answered my many questions before the scheduled date. I made a modified requested to Anna and the team arrived knowing about this request which affirms the professionalism and communication. The team went above and beyond to deep clean the apartment. There were even items they revived that I did not know was possible. The kettle was brought back to life. The team arrived on time and diligently started the moment they entered. I will definitely book again for future services and recommend PFC to others! read more

Fantastic service! Anastasiya helped us with the move-out cleaning and she was amazing - efficient and thorough! Thank you!!

Its only been a short while that I've worked with Professional Family Cleaning. Anna is really good with scheduling the time that I need and taking care of my specific cleaning needs as well. So far I've experienced 4 different people with Anna as my days have been varied for cleaning requirements but all of them have been good and satisfactory. I appreciate the professionalism they maintain when they come as they switch their outside shoes to house shoes or booties. I have provided them with all the cleaning supplies but they bring theirs just incase. I like that they are 2 people so that they finish within a sufficient time so I am not held up for the whole day. I would certainly recommend Professional Family Cleaning to our family and friends. read more

I would not recommend. We paid extra to get the Deep Cleaning. They did a terrible job. She rushed through the apartment half cleaning it, finished, and left. She also didn't wear a mask (for covid safety). We contacted customer support very nicely to resolve this. They asked us to text photos. We sent an array of photos showing how the apartment was still very dirty. Especially the bathrooms! They didn't care and never responded. We were very bummed after reading all the good reviews. Go elsewhere. Waste of money with this company. read more

We've used cleaning services a few times here and there in the past, and they've all been perfectly fine, but Anastasiia came to our house today and totally blew us away. We didn't even know the stains on the bottom of our cast iron sink could be removed, but she has a magic touch! She did such a phenomenal job, we can't stop raving about it hours later. Really, really happy we hired GetClean (and particularly Anastasiia) and look forward to our future cleanings by them! read more

This experience was awful! Our home was just renovated, specifically the downstairs. I specifically requested an industrial/post construction cleaning and two women were sent (30 minutes late) who didn't have any required equipment nor were they dressed for the job. One woman was wearing a blouse and capri pants with heels. It looked like they just hired anyone and promise them a couple of hours of work. It was the biggest $240 dollars ever spent. I should have just lit the money on fire and watch it burn. They wanted to charge me extra for cleaning inside the fridge and oven, that was never mention by "Ana" the owner, nor could she be reached via phone when we tried calling her 3x. The cleaning ladies complained the entire time about the amount of work and were not prepared in anyway. For 60 per hour we should have done it ourselves! TOTAL WASTE!!! read more

Very satisfied! I hired 2 girls for 4 hours and they were on time, friendly, brought there own supplies, got right to work and were so thorough. I spent more than I usually would have, but this was a one-time cleaning and was worth every penny! I will definitely have them back and am now considering hiring them on a bi-weekly schedule (which would cost less each time because they would not have to spend as much time cleaning). My house looks and smells amazing. read more
