Our company recently relocated offices, and hiring Hercules Moving was hands down the best decision we made throughout the entire process. Anyone who's been through a commercial move knows how complex it can be--multiple desks, filing cabinets, conference tables, electronics, and all the small but important items that keep a business running. I was worried about downtime, but Hercules managed the job so smoothly that we barely missed a beat. The planning stage was impressive. Their coordinator walked through our old office beforehand, took notes on what needed to be packed, and worked with us to create a timeline. On moving day, the crew showed up early and ready to go. They labeled everything, broke down cubicles and workstations efficiently, and handled our sensitive IT equipment with extreme care. What really amazed me was how organized they were. Every box was labeled and placed exactly where it belonged in the new office. They even reassembled the furniture so our employees could get back to work almost immediately. I especially appreciated how they communicated throughout the process--letting us know what was happening, checking in if they had questions, and keeping the move on schedule. Not a single piece of equipment was damaged, and nothing was lost in the shuffle. For a company like ours, that level of professionalism and accountability is priceless. Hercules Moving made a potentially stressful transition into an efficient, positive experience. If your business is planning a relocation, I can't recommend them enough--they'll make the move feel effortless. read more

I recently used Hercules Moving for a residential long-distance move, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the start, their communication was excellent--someone always picked up the phone, and every question I had was answered clearly. The team showed up right on time on moving day, with all the supplies and equipment ready to go. They carefully wrapped our furniture, including a glass-top dining table and an oversized sectional that I was nervous about moving. What impressed me most was how efficient yet careful the crew was. They worked together like a well-oiled machine, labeling boxes, protecting doorways, and making sure nothing was scratched. On the long haul, I expected delays, but they actually arrived earlier than promised. All of our belongings arrived in perfect condition, and they even helped us rearrange furniture in the new home until everything felt just right. Moving can be one of the most stressful life events, but Hercules made it stress-free. I felt like they genuinely cared about us, not just the job. If you're planning a residential or long-distance move, I'd strongly recommend them--you won't find a more professional, reliable, and customer-focused team. read more

I've always been nervous about moving my upright piano, but Hercules Moving completely put my worries to rest. From the moment I called to book, they reassured me that they had the experience and equipment for specialty moves like this. On moving day, the crew arrived with padded blankets, straps, and a dolly specifically for pianos. They wrapped the entire instrument and even placed extra padding on the floor to prevent any damage while maneuvering. Getting the piano out of my old house involved a tricky turn through a narrow doorway and down three steps, but they handled it with precision and patience. I never once felt like the piano was at risk. At the new location, they didn't just unload and leave. They carefully set it in place, leveled it, and even checked with me multiple times to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it. The piano arrived without a scratch and still perfectly in tune. Specialty moves are where you really see the difference between professionals and amateurs. Hercules Moving proved they are the real deal. If you need a piano moved, don't trust anyone else. read more

We hired Hercules Moving to help my parents downsize from their longtime home in Bloomingdale, and I am so grateful for the way they handled everything. This was an emotional move for my parents, and the crew treated both them and their belongings with so much respect and care. They worked with a calm, steady pace that really helped ease the stress. They wrapped every fragile piece, carefully carried out the heavier furniture, and even managed to move an old upright piano from the basement without a single bump or scratch. What meant the most to me was how they always asked before moving something important and double-checked where my parents wanted each item placed in the new house. They didn't just move things, they made the whole day feel manageable. My parents ended the move smiling instead of overwhelmed, which I honestly didn't expect. For that reason alone, I'd recommend Hercules Moving to anyone who wants a moving crew that combines professionalism with genuine kindness. read more

We hired Ricks Moving and Storage for labor-only help while we rented a truck ourselves, and it turned out to be the best decision. The movers, Alex and Juan, showed up right on time, introduced themselves politely, and got straight to work. We had some really heavy items--a treadmill, a sleeper sofa, and several awkwardly shaped boxes--but they handled everything with ease. What stood out was their attention to detail. They carefully maneuvered bulky furniture through tight hallways without leaving a single scuff on the walls. They also packed the truck like puzzle masters, using every inch of space so that nothing shifted during the drive. Honestly, I could never have loaded it that securely myself. They worked hard the entire time, with no standing around, and still took the time to ask where we wanted things placed. Labor-only moving might sound simple, but these guys made it clear that skill matters. Worth every penny! read more

I hired Hercules Moving for my home relocation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team arrived right on time and came fully prepared with all the necessary equipment, including protective blankets, dollies, and straps. They wrapped my furniture, especially fragile items like my glass coffee table and TV, making sure everything was secure before loading it into the truck. They worked quickly without rushing and handled every item with care. Even when moving heavier pieces up and down stairs, they stayed professional and cautious. Once we arrived at the new place, they unloaded everything and placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it. Nothing was damaged, and the entire move felt smooth and stress-free. Their communication was clear throughout the process, and they made a potentially stressful day so much easier. I would use their services again and highly recommend them. read more

We used Hercules Moving to help stage a property we were preparing to sell, and the results exceeded my expectations. They not only moved the furniture with care but also helped arrange the rooms in a way that made the home feel open and inviting. What I really appreciated was their flexibility. We changed our minds several times about the layout, and the crew patiently shifted things around until everything looked perfect. They even offered small suggestions--like angling a sofa differently to show off the natural light--that made a huge difference in how the rooms photographed. Within a week of staging, we had multiple offers on the house. I truly believe the staging, and the way Hercules executed it, played a big role. They're not just movers--they're partners who understand presentation. Highly recommended if you're looking to add real value when selling a home. read more

Moved from a house in the burbs to a condo in the city with 1/2 my stuff going into a storage locker. Carson and the crew did an amazing job! They shrink wrapped and blanketed everything and handled all my belongings with care. I had two trucks with seven guys, they were very efficient and kept moving the whole time. They stacked everything professionally and worked through some tight spaces with ease. I anticipated a stressful day but really was at ease how well things went. I made a lot of special requests and provided a lot of direction, all of which was received well by the crew members. They arrived promptly, communicated very well and finish before the estimated time which brought the cost in 10% below estimate. I Strongly recommend Hercules Moving. read more

I really can't say enough good things about Hercules Moving. This was my second time using their services, and once again, they did an excellent job. Both experiences have been professional, efficient, and surprisingly stress-free. The crew worked hard, especially considering how challenging this move was. We had multiple stops, heavy furniture, tight spaces, and a very long day ahead of us. They stayed focused and kept working from the moment they arrived until everything was safely unloaded. Despite the long hours, they remained positive, respectful, and professional throughout the entire move. They also handled our belongings with great care, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. I would definitely use Hercules Moving again. read more
