    Terrible customer service, manager never answers the phone. They seem to raise fees every 4 to 6 months, BEWARE!!

    I rented a storage unit on Friday 6/17 with a very nice gentleman at the front counter. I came back…read moreon Saturday to drop off more items, both bays were full and also all the 4 parking spaces. I went inside to ask if there was some other entrance to get to the unit and was told that was the only one. I got back into my car to wait for a space to open up across the street. One did after about 20 min of waiting. I parked my car and my mom and I grabbed a couple carts to load them up. Put my code in to use the elevator and the elevator didn't seem to be working. On Friday, when I rented the space, the elevator on the right had a note on it that it was out of service. The one on the left worked as my unit is on the 3rd floor. Saturday, trying to use the elevator that worked the day before, wasn't now working. I pressed the intercom and spoke to Edward and he said the both of the elevators weren't working and someone was coming at 1:30 to fix them. There is no note on the 2nd elevator saying it didn't work. I put all my stuff back in my car and decided I want to cancel this unit because it would have been nice to have been informed of the out of service elevators, there's no where to park when it's busy. I go in and ask Edward what the procedure is to cancel my unit, he said it's just coming in to let them know and turn my keys in. I said it would have been nice to be told that the elevators weren't working, and he replies with "what am I supposed to do read your mind? I don't know what you were here for" and I said he could have put up a sign to say it, could have said something the first time I walked in, and could have said it again when I was unloading my car IN FRONT of the office area. He got nasty and tried to cut me off while I was speaking and I wouldn't let him so he got mad, raised his voice and "said because I WOULDN'T LET HIM SPEAK, to get out" I told him it's basic customer service and he ushered me out the door. He could have told me when I came in the first time, could have told me when SEEING me unload my car, a simple "hey not sure where your unit is, but elevators are down" and he wanted to be a big man and be completely rude an unprofessional. He was pure nastiness. It's all on camera and I will be contacting everyone I find up the chain to let them know about who they have running their store.

In the middle of selling the house…read morejust need to get rid of some things that I don't want to place in the garage, so I drive by this public storage place everyday decided to give it a try. The people who help me, Josh and Janet we're really kind and helpful , answered all of my questions made it very easy and the price was more than fair to say the least. No pressure so overall it just a great experience it's nice to have this extra room to place things temporarily. I'd say give them a try If you have things that you just need to get rid of temporarily or declutter for whatever reason it's a nice safe place, Tons of cameras and extra security. Friendly people, easy to sign up I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Thanks Josh&Janet!

Since I first got my unit my rent has increased 300%!!!!! My last increase was a whopping $60 a month!!! Not only that, but the same exact storage unit at the same exact location is advertised for $60 less than my increased rate. SO, they just gouge their longstanding customers because they know they can! A brand NEW customer off the street will pay $60 less than me for the SAME UNIT. I have tried to contact them to try to get them to work with me but it's basically impossible to talk to anyone!!! I advise trying any other storage place other than Public Storage. There is a very good place just down the street on Army Trail Rd. I moved and don't have a car or I would have already moved my stuff out. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE - NON-existent. They only want more money, forget about customer service. YIKES!

    I have been using the Public Storage at this location for the past couple of years and the service…read morelevels have gotten worse and worse every year. Today, I went to move from my 5x5 space to a 10x20. I reserved the 10x20 to move to a little over a week ago. When reserving the space online the system did not allow me to pick the space that I saw. automatically put me in a different space. When I get there to move in today, nothing had been shoveled and the automatic door opener was not working for the gate. The attendant was coming out during this process. I told what I was there for and he had quite the attitude because he stated he was about to leave It was 11:39pm. Leaving already. There is never anyone there. Then dealing with him was terrible as there was no customer service. He was aware of my situation. He asked me to retrieve the lock from the storage space that was initially held for me and bring it back because he had to leave. Well that started a entirely different issue. The storage space was in the D building all the way in rear of the facility. Well they have not cleared any of the snow. So it was challenging to get to the space. I go get the lock and put the lock on my new unit. As I was heading back to the office my 2022 Mercedes got stuck on the incline of the driving path heading back to the office. The snow was so high and slippery that my SUV slid into the fence. Luckily the tire of the car stopped me from hitting the fence. I had to call a tow service to get me out. The attendant left me there after providing with some salt and a little assistance with his shovel. He left after 30 minutes. There were other customers that were having challenges driving to their units. One car almost slid into my car. The tow truck came after two hours and he also was sliding and had challenges getting out. They are trying to charge me for the extra time being in the 5x5. NOT HAPPENING! The issue is there is no customer service at this facility nor do they care. I will be reaching out to corporate as I have a 5x5 that I still needed to move out of today. However, I could not because I needed my SUV to get the items from one unit to the next. I could not run the risk of getting stuck again. There people complaining of the challenges they had. I started to inform customers to not risk getting stuck trying to get to their facility. This is all on the video cameras that they have. Absolute unacceptable!
