What impressed me most was how careful they were with our walls and doors, our old apartment had some tight corners, but they maneuvered the large sofa and dresser without leaving a single scratch. They quoted me 6 hours for my move and then tried to charge me for 14. On delivery day, they ignored my calls until I threatened to call the state police and file charges for stealing my belongings. When they finally called back, they claimed they didn't even have me on the schedule -- despite multiple conversations confirming the exact delivery date. They eventually showed up five and a half hours late, in a U-Haul (not a company truck), with only one hand truck -- and had to use mine. Every single piece of my furniture was damaged, many items were completely broken, and some were outright missing. I watched one mover literally throw my boxes around and carry one couch pillow at a time while the clock -- and my bill -- kept running. This same mover argued with co-workers in front of me and even dropped an F-bomb at me on his way out. This company is a classic bait-and-switch operation: careless, disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unconcerned about your belongings. Please, if you value your possessions, do not use this company! UPDATE: Mike C. claims they did not perform this move.
