I called another very well known, chain, moving company for our local move first. They didn't work out (they kept changing prices and date of move) so I called Amenity moving and am so happy I did!!! I called less than a week before our move and they were able to get us in around the day we wanted. The day before the move I called them to confirm and ask a couple of questions. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and helpful. He also confirmed they'd be there between 8:30-9:00. The morning of the move they showed up at 8:45 with 4 guys. They worked their butts off for 2 1/2 hours at our 4 bedroom house, drove the 2 miles to our new house and had everything put away in 2 hours. They were careful and were even able to put a very large, heavy, awkward piece of furniture on our second floor! The total for our 4 1/2 hour move was $775! I was told by the other company it would be around $1600 so I was ecstatic when they gave us the final number!!! Amenity helped us move recently and these guys were amazing! They moved all my big furniture out for us on our house we sold and then stored everything perfectly in our storage unit! I then used them to empty our 10x 30 storage unit and deliver it to my new house. They were great and moving quickly! They even put our tables back together for us.
