It may take a little hunting but you can find basically always find what you need here. Although the store may seem overwhelming initially, they make it so easy to gather items at the end. They have consulting that can help you plan a whole room or even house. For families, it is nice place to take the kids here on a stormy day, it's so family friend and you can easily grab some cheap grub from the restaurant. I also find that they have an awesome plant section for really affordable prices. Lastly, don't miss out on the as-is room for the real deals. It's been a few years since I've been to this location and I did have to take a star off because it's a big more rugged and weathered than I remember. They need to do a nice lil deep clean - some display areas were so dirty I wondered if they have ever updated the design.

I had the Cod dinner which came with peas and mashed potatoes and gravy and a drink. My son got the Chicken tenders with mac-n-cheese. We also added two slices of garlic bread. And we added a chocolate cake and a carmel crunch cake. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars were the fact that several of the tables were dirty and it took us awhile to find clean ones. But - all of the food was just great! So good. It was like dining at a local diner or hole-in-the-wall place offering some good comfort food. I enjoyed the cod and veggies so much. Drinks are free refills and there are plenty of options. The desserts are great - so don't skip out!

A small business owner, helping out his home town with great values! Hometown is stocked with wall decor, kitchen tables, sectionals, loveseat, dressers, wall decor and more! Don't judge it by the outside, go inside. Russ met us from afar and allowed us to browse the store, without being hounded by any sales pitches and no upselling. As I walked through the store, they have a kids area in the back-with cartoons playing-bring the famiy in and pick out your new family room furniture and so much more. Made our way all around the store and saw the company had genrously placed out complimentary snacks! Lazy Boy recliners from $199, I kid you not! I ended up buying two Lazy Boy recliners at $299 a piece. Go in and check it out for youreslves. Did I mention you can order from HOMETOWN FURNITURE online?? And you can customize your apolstry! Classles, Poor customer service. Maybe something in her life makes her deflect her misery onto others. Either way, it's unfortunate to have had such a poor experience. We drove out there on our day off specifically to visit this store. We 100% were ready to purchase a sectional we found, until she snapped at my husband when he tried to negotiate 100 off. A simple no, that is our price, with a smile... Would have been appropriate.

    okay, I'll update here since they finally installed the small granite piece for my stove backsplash…read moreand accommodated my request for first thing in the am. The 3 guys who arrived called ahead 20 min, and were super careful to measure thrice and keep measuring and using a level as the piece dried. I felt very confident watching their concern to get the piece on the backsplash in an attractive and straight manner. They could not have been more professional. I'll say it once and say it again: when you deal with the salespeople at The Granite Corporation (that's their real name not "Granite") you kind of doubt that they have a clue about what they're selling. I don't know what will happen and it takes too long for them to finish up a sale, even though they mean well. However, when the measure & install team shows up, those are the people who really know what they're doing. They are top pros. I asked Sam, my sales person, how are they going to make sure the glue holds on a vertical application, and she did not know. I asked her if I should cover my stove, and she said, don't worry (of course, I did). When they showed up, they scored the back of both my backsplash and the new piece, so more glue would be applied. They applied glue all around the perimeter (not visable). They taped the piece in place and I put a spongy rug on my stove (just in case). They said, glue sets in 10 minutes and they held it that long, and it is good to go in a couple hours when I can take off tape. I would have liked to know that there would be a little granite dust in my kitchen ahead of time, to have removed everything from countertops, but they did hold up a vacuum while they scored my backsplash, so I cannot say that I see any dust (besides my own). They scored the new piece outside my house. The treasure here is the cutting, measuring & install team. They are premium craftsmen, very experienced and know how to communicate with the public. They're the ones who should be selling the granite!

I just wanted to take a moment to say how irritated I am with a promotional offer I just received via email from Ashley Homestore. Yesterday I purchased an $8000 mattress. Today I received an offer for $100 off my next mattress purchase - expiring February 20. Who in the marketing department came up with this offer? Having said that, our buying experience was exceptional. I will be detailing this in the not so distant future. Just was hoping that someone from Ashley would see this feedback and consider changing the offer. Perhaps an offer that would get me back in the store ....$100 off bedding or other bedroom accessory to compliment my bedroom furniture purchase.

I purchased a sectional on…read moreAugust 30, 2025, and was told by the salesperson that it would be delivered in early October. I planned accordingly and was excited to finally receive my order. A few weeks later, I received confirmation that my delivery was scheduled for October 18, 2025, complete with a delivery timeframe. I even took off work to make sure I'd be home and prepared for the delivery. Then, out of nowhere--the day before delivery--I get an email saying my order has been delayed until October 30, 2025. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. If Ashley Furniture can't deliver on their promises or communicate proactively with customers, they shouldn't make commitments they can't keep. I've spent thousands of dollars and all I have to show for it is frustration and wasted time. I expected better from such a large company, and at this point, I'm seriously questioning ever purchasing from Ashley again.
