We were moving our Mother into an assisted living facility and needed the move almost last minute. Vitalie and his partner were there earlier than we asked. I forgot to ask them to bring boxes but helped us load up garbage bags with the smaller stuff and took them out to the truck. What we needed moved was wrapped and loaded in under an hour and a half even with us adding last minute stuff. They had everything unloaded and put together in 2 hours including helping us rearrange furniture a couple of times to make things more accessible. I've used them twice now. Once for moving furniture back in after a remodel and once to put a piece of furniture together. They did an amazing job both times and charged a fair price. With the moving, they were fast, careful with everything, put everything where I wanted it to go. The assembly job proved to be more challenging and time consuming than expected. I had hired them expecting to pay their hourly rate, which would have been much more expensive than I had anticipated paying for the service. But without any word from me, they adjusted the price to be more reasonable. I had fully expected to pay by the hour, but they adjusted the price.
