You are not obligated to sign a yearly contract; you may cancel your unit at any time. We were lucky to only need the space for that exact time so we never paid full price. The manager and staff behind the desk are helpful and informative. They provide push carts near the elevators and the lighting in the building is bright. We felt safe, as we needed to enter our personalized code twice to come into the facility and there are surveillance cameras on site. Our unit was on the second floor. Although there are large elevators to help move things easily, the hallways on the second floor are a little tight. Trying to get through two heavy regular-sized doors, that for some reason never had door stops, was always a challenge. The units are climate controlled and the space is very clean. You do have to provide your own lock. They sell boxes and packing supplies but you'll be better off buying them somewhere else because the items are overpriced here. They always have deals going on so check their website regularly or call them.
