It's a nice place and the storage units were clean when I moved in. It's also very convenient to get to from my house. The rating is only 2 stars because they raise their rates often and I feel that the rent is already high. It's getting to the point I can't afford it, especially the next time the rate goes up. read more

AAA Storage is the best ! My family and I needed to find a storage unit very quickly in June. AAA Storage was able to help us out immediately with our storage needs. Dana was fantastic in all areas of finding us a unit quickly and at a reasonable price. We were able to use the unit on the same day that we inquired about any vacancies available. On the first day, we ran beyond regular business hours, which was out of our control, and Dana stayed until we were finished. We really appreciate her efforts!! All the employees were friendly and helpful. They have fantastic customer service. The unit was clean and very assessible. We highly recommend AAA Storage for all your storage needs. read more

I will amend my original review to say: If you're a stay-at-home-mom, retired or are otherwise not obligated to working normal business hours, this establishment is ok. While the manager seems very nice and I'm sure she tries hard, she can only work within the parameters set up by the owners. It's those parameters that don't work well for many customers. Terrible customer service. They have raised rates our twice in less than a year. The first time was just because they raised rates across the board. The second time was because they gave us a rate when we signed a lease for a 10x20 but because they didn't have that unit available they gave us two 10x10 units side by side. Well in the middle of our lease they decided that they no longer wanted to honor the lease or the option they gave us and and began to charge us for two separate units. Unfortunately we live across the country and can't move our stuff out right away. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

Under new management and rates have skyrocketed while service has gone into the gutter. They are now charging you insurance beside the rental fee without your consent. I am pulling my stuff out asap. read more
