The place is clean and seems secure. Unfortunately, mold has grown on most of my furniture there over the past several months while we were out of town. It started at the floor level and has crept up about 6-8" on the furniture. I sent them pictures of it and asked them to call me. They did not call. When I called them about it they said I can submit a claim to my insurance. They say they keep the humidity at 55%, but this cannot be accurate, as the mold would not grow at that level. Lately the place smells musty when you walk in, so clearly there is a problem. It did not used to smell that way before. They offered no mitigation and said they have nothing to offer me. Rented a 5x10 less than a year ago for $57 month. Just received increase notice of $87 month. That's $30 increase per month in less than a year renting. This increase is almost double of what I am paying, TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! read more

Haven't really had a reason to rate any businesses lately but I had a great experience here so the least I could do was sign on and rate them. I called with a question that did not get answered completely....part of which was my fault because I did not have all the info. needed for the girl on the phone.....Anyway I got a call back from Tara their manager saying she heard the conversation and she feels they could have done better to help me.....who the hell does that?? was a first time anyone has done that for me so I was impressed..... I also needed a uhaul truck while there and it was a smooth process to rent it and convenient.....the free bottle of water I gaffled while standing at desk also nice......5 stars for this place read more

They are charging us more than we were quoted- no big deal right? Just call and talk about it. We have LITERALLY called four days in a row and every day we are told a manager will call us back. There has been nothing for over a week. We finally asked the person on the phone if their manager even calls people back- and they said "I don't know, I don't know who they are." We will definitely be finding a new storage facility ASAP. Not worth the extremely poor customer service. read more
