I've moved between many different states in the US over my lifetime, and after living in Chicago since 2001, have moved at least 14 times. This was by far the absolute best move I've experienced, and the kindest, most efficient, most intelligent, helpful, professional movers and company I've had the privilege to work with. I moved 3 blocks away to a high rise (and they didn't leave a single scratch or scrap of trash), but also had to go 10 minutes away to a storage facility, have them wait in the street as the loading docks were full, and empty my small storage unit. These guys were on top of every problem, had the most amazing attitudes, were incredibly chill and very astute, quick, respectful, attentive, I just cannot get over how amazing this experience was from start to finish. The cost was exactly what I thought it would be given the amount of furniture and boxes, and the extra trip to the storage unit. I requested non smokers as I have terrible allergies and asthma and am hurting atm due to recent events=so extra sensitive, and couldn't have my boxes smelling of smoke. They took care of it, the team was great, and I only wish I could go back in time and hire them for the last 4 moves when I had hostile, rude, ridiculous people breaking expensive items and acting like fools. they were there when they said they'd be there, they got me moved in the time frame they said they'd move me, the cost was the exact estimate they gave me. When I had a problem and wasn't sure what caused it they sent someone out to look it over with me, turns out it was just plain old as was proved with current tester. The movers were friendly and efficient. We did the move in two days. First move was enough furniture so we could settle in. The second move was a week later. We labeled our furniture so they could unload and just take directly to the appropriate room. They protected fragile items. I'd use them again but I'm not looking to not move again.
