I called them in an emergency situation at the end of a long and stressful day, when the original movers we booked were a no-show, after a whole day of giving us the run around.The operators at MOOvers were very understanding, extremely quick to help and scheduled a moving time for the very next day. They gave us a very transparent quote, explained the process and how their rate works. The final amount came up very close to the estimated provided. The team showed up even earlier then they said, knowing we were in this rough situation and really needed to move ASAP. Ivan, Fabricio, and Ernesto were all so kind, communicative, highly professional, and incredibly well-prepared. They even packed some last minute loose items and odds and ends we had missed. In the chaos of moving a while ago, I am now realizing I never left a review for the incredible team at Moovers Chicago. We hired them to pack and move our 3 BD condo. Anyone who has ever moved, knows just how stressful and time consuming it can be. But Moovers Chicago team: Rodrigo, Abner, Tino & Miguel made this process incredibly smooth and easy. They arrived promptly at the time scheduled, the foreman first scanned the apartament and directed each crew member where to start the packing and how to proceed with the move. We gave them a challenge with having sooooo much stuff but they jigsaw puzzled every item into boxes and then into the trucks. Everything was meticulously packed, labeled, wrapped and moved into the new place. Nothing was damaged in the process. They were super organized and extremely pleasant to work with. The moving crew called in advance to let us know when it was arriving. The scheduled move involved two pickup spots, near downtown Chicago and in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, and two delivery spots, on the near South side, and the far North end of Chicago. The crew was efficient, careful, polite, and patient with moving details, particularly within a memory care facility accessible only by a creaky elevator. The crew reacted well when asked to move certain items that had not been earlier mentioned to be moved. Two large paintings were carefully wrapped and boxed -- quickly. The final charge was remarkably close to the estimate, given the variables faced by the crew. All moved items reached their destination without mishap. Great job, well done! read more

I needed a three story move out from a house into a Condo on the third floor. Moovers, were on time. Edgar went over the details of the move and we did a walk through. There were a total of 4 men. I found them all to be helpful, hardworking and very respectful of my possessions. The move went without an issue and was done in four hours. Nothing was broken and they had to pack a few things at the last minute and they did it smoothly and efficiently. Before they left they wanted me to do a walk through of the condo and asked if I needed anything else moved in the rooms. I highly recommend...they do not disappoint. We used MOOvers for our recent move and had a really good experience. Alex gave us a clear quote upfront and explained everything so there were no surprises. On moving day, the crew showed up on time, was friendly, and worked fast--honestly faster than we expected while still being careful with everything. They also stored our stuff for a few days between moves, which made things a lot less stressful. Victor and his crew were excellent. They arrived early, their work was meticulous, and appropriately swift. They protected all the furniture and moved it without incident. They managed all this despite a neighbor parking irresponsibly in the loading ramp area. This disrespectful neighbor compelled the movers to park farther away from the building's entrance for nearly one hour. Yet the crew managed to pack the truck in a reasonable time frame. Hopefully, this selfish neighbor will be fined by the HOA, and our movers will get a commendation by their boss. read more

This was very likely the best, easiest, hassle-free move I've ever made due to Moovers. The team provided extremely clear communication (and was very accessible), was reliable, polite, fast, and respectful. I moved from out of state using Pods and the Moovers team picked up my items at the Pods facility, transferring to their vehicle. They were finished unpacking the vehicle in an hour or so, and I didn't have to lift a finger. I would recommend them to others and, though I don't want to move for a while, would certainly use them again. read more
