The foundation was constructed exactly as outlined in the assembly instructions. This does not matter, because Suncast will never honor their warranty. The comapy requested a ton of photos, including photos of the foundation, specifically with a 6-foot level placed on it. We had one, but I'm sure most people don't have one of those lying around. DO NOT BUY FROM SUNCAST!

We recently had a different "fix it" company here for two days. We gave up on them in frustration. They made a lot of errors and were very slow. ***Then we switched to Mr. Handyman and everything turned around for the better.*** Kevin and Ray got more done in half a day than the two other workers accomplished in two days. And Keven and Ray did a much more professional, higher quality job. Our activities included electrical (over 40 switches and outlets replaced!), painting, basement ceiling track replacement, painting and installation of a basement handrail, sump pump work, exterior caulking, and duct replacement and sealing. Their hourly rate might be a little higher than some of their competitors, but their total cost, due to their expertise and work ethic, was far less. I have absolutely zero hesitation recommending this firm.
