We have had two interactions with Falcon moving in the last 6 months. Both times have been a great experiences. We moved in to a new home on 2/5/26 our movers were : Kris, Pat, Josh and Daniel. All were very helpful, professional and supportive. They went out of their way to ensure that the move went smoothly. Further there were very polite. I really hope we do not have to move again for a long time. However if we do need to move this is the group we would use to facilitate our move. read more

I've used many services before. This by far was the worst. Well not all aspects. The guys who packed our house - great. I mean they used our sheets and stuff to pack items, but whatever. The biggest issue I had was the guys who loaded our truck. They came over an hour late and then instead of wrapping our furniture, they just started tossing the stuff on to the truck unwrapped. The driver even had to tell them they needed to wrap it or he wasn't going to be able to leave. Then within 15 mins - they broke our credenza. We called the office right then and there and they tried to get the crew aligned a touch better. However there was no improvement. We got to our new home and all three TVs were busted dressed were scratched up couch ripped. Their response was - well we will look into it. I mean when the guys unloaded our stuff they took pictures so they wouldn't be blamed. So I guess the service was "fine" we just got a horrid crew in Atlanta to load our truck which is sad because they were the most important part. read more

We recently moved from Bartlett to Lockport with Falcon Movers. The packing crew and movers were excellent--on time, professional, and incredibly hardworking. We even tipped the crew $300 because they truly earned it. Unfortunately, two issues made the experience frustrating. First, the team forgot to load our patio furniture and grill. With the truck already packed, they had to unpack and reorganize everything, which took an extra 1.5 hours. While the owner did adjust the bill slightly, crediting just 30 minutes, they were very resistant to doing even that--despite the delay being entirely due to their oversight. Second, two glass drawers from our vintage nightstand were broken. Falcon promised to repair them, but when replacements were delivered, they weren't packaged and cracked instantly. Rather than taking responsibility, they blamed us--claiming we must have over-tightened a knob we've never touched. We've never written a negative review before. If you hire Falcon, don't pay in full until every issue is resolved. read more

The crew was great. We moved from a 1,700 sq ft 2 story townhome with finish base and moved to a bigger home. Moved on 11/6/25. They were very careful even when carrying heavy furniture that was quite challenging come down a narrow stairway with wooden bannister. They were efficient and polite. The whole move took about 8.5 hrs. They had to take apart a electric recliner couch which took time. Unfortunately, it was reassembled incorrectly & would only recline 30% of the way. We didn't notice this with all things going on until the next day. We called , and they happily agree to send a person out to fix it the next day. They apologized, and the service guy was polite and had to unassembled & reassembled it the right way and did so without any fuss, In their defense, there was no manual so they had to investigate to see the problem. No charge to rectify and it took almost 2: hours. Over all very happy with their attention to be careful & cheerful while doing hard work. Highly approve this company. read more

Five stars is not enough! I was in a pinch and contacted Falcon Moving. I knew nothing about the company nor did I research anything about them. That being said, I can't say enough about Falcon Moving and the team that moved my dad yesterday. Let me start with my initial phone call to Falcon. I spoke with Jason and he immediately provided a detailed quote for our move. The price was reasonable and the day we needed was available. I received an email right away with all of the information I would need for the move; what to expect, pricing, time frame, etc. I also received text messages with reminders and contact information so was able to reach out to them if I had questions or if our plans changed. I called their office a few days before the move to let them know I forgot a few things to add to the move and they accommodated me without an issue. The day of the move RJ and JC showed up right on time and got to work. They were polite, respectful and efficient from the moment they rang the door bell to the moment they finished the move. They even took items I was going to take myself!!! They put all the furniture exactly where we wanted it, they were careful with our fragile items, and completed our move in record time! What should have been a 4 hour move was completed in 3 hours. They saved me money with their hard work and efficiency. I highly recommend Falcon Moving. read more

Not a great experience with Falcon. Jason the owner seems very inexperienced when it comes to quoting and estimating your belongings and packing. He reached out multiple times wanting to know if he had estimated enough boxes (how would we know, he's supposed to be the experienced one here), which we didn't and they had to bring more. They charge from the moment the Truck shows up (according to the GPS) although guys are standing around, walking through the house, trying to get a lay of the land, etc. Same thing on the end, guys are hanging out while one guy folds moving pads, etc. yet the GPS says they are still there. The GPS does not record any time taken to stop for lunch or anything else, however. We were charged for Travel time on top of the Labor during transit also. When I brought these issues up to Jason he refused acknowledge any of these. I will say that the crew provided led by Christian (Kristian, Patrick, Luis, Daniel, Alcides, Vargas and Roberto) worked extremely hard. However the fact that they did not use any moving or "hump" straps, definitely slows them down. It's too bad that their effort is tarnished by an owner that seems to try to squeeze every nickel and dime out of his customers. read more

I strongly recommend against using this mover. Not responsive when you need them, break your stuff, lie to you about discounts and pickups, don't estimate time properly, and pay employees extra if you leave a good review. Here are the details: The central office (David, Carlos) are very diligent and responsive in getting you an estimate, and to make sure you may after you move, but they disappear during the move when you need them most. I scheduled a (1) packing day - team led by Darion claimed they had to leave within 6 hours (not true) and left most of my house unpacked, including items I said needing packing (2) moving day, the team led by Jordan had to do most of the packing, and then the loading, but their truck was too small because Darion didn't accurately tell them what they needed. By the way, the entire time this day and the next day (move out) I was calling and texting David but no answer, and he never returned my calls. Later I was told he was on vacation. By the end, they were loading my stuff in one of the mover's personal minivans and its door broke. Some of my stuff was left over, so another truck came the next day (day before closing) to pick up more of my stuff - "no charge to me" - how generous considering it was their mistake to begin with. They had the packing day to clearly understand how much stuff I had to move, but it was never conveyed - they said because I had a basketball hoop I didn't tell them about (I did, on packing day), it was my fault. After these mistakes, Carlos said they'd "take care of me" on my move-in (a week later). I find out from the employees that if you take a picture with them, and leave a good review, the crew gets paid more (points towards a bonus) - that explains all the good reviews! Move-in time comes, I learned my lesson, kept calling and texting David but no answer -- I found out later he's on another vacation. In his place, I'm assigned to Austen, who tells me after reminding him what Carlos said, that I am now getting a discount on my hourly rate. That's a lie - the discount was in the original estimate. I told Austen about that, caught them on that lie and they had nothing to say for it. At move-in, they sent too few people, I paid for unpacking and they said I never told them (oh wait, it is in the original estimate from weeks before!), and so the crew doesn't have time to unpack. They are so rushed they broke a lot of my stuff. Here are pictures. They don't even know how to put some of the stuff (beds, tables) back together again, so Carlos from the central office has to come out to do it himself after Googling it for instructions/pictures. But so generous, "no charge to me" for them putting my stuff back together they took apart that I paid them for. After putting it back together, Carlos tells me he won't charge me for the wardrobe boxes they left at my house if I have them emptied when he comes to pick them up. Well guess what, I empty them, and I call them to pick them up and they said Carlos never told me that, but they wont charge me. But my trash company WM says the boxes are too big and wont pick them up, so now I have to pay to have them disposed. Worst moving company experience I have ever had. Beware if you use them. Our moving crew lacked experience and professionalism. They were unable to lift heavy items and left several items damaged due to improper handling. They also took twice as long as estimated. We used Falcon Moving recently and were quite pleased. Their communication prior to the move was outstanding, and guided us through the process quite easily. It was easy to estimate what we had to move with their website tool, and it was very easy to update it as we realized we had more or less than anticipated. The day of the move went very easily. John, Christian, Mike and Roger were unbelievable! They were thorough, careful and very efficient with their time and energy. They loaded everything in record time (we had 2 trucks). Then the unloading went quite smoothly. We had everything marked with the room name & number, so that helped. But they took everything apart carefully, didn't lose any pieces/screws etc. and put everything back together again swiftly. By the time they left, our new house was stuffed - but things were in the right room and we could function. I have to say, we only had 1 thing broken, and that was our fault for not packing it well enough in the box. Pretty good, considering we had SO much stuff that was moved! I moved with Falcon a few weeks ago. I paid a bit more for their services because I could not find any negative reviews. My experience did not live up to what I read online. First, let me say, that the crew that came to my home worked very hard. They could have gone a bit faster with the load process in my opinion, but overall they did not dilly dally to "milk the clock" as other movers in the past have done. They did not take a break (which is was surprised by) and seemed like nice guys. They were all very young and appeared to be inexperienced though. The main guy told me at the beginning one was just getting back from vacation and "hadn't gotten his legs back yet." Not exactly what you want to hear when you've hired a company to move all your valuable possessions. He also had a very hard time explaining the various insurance options too me and kept trying to get me to sign off on no extra coverage. I was surprised, because isn't that where they make all their money? As far as the move goes, there were little dings and scratches to both my stuff and the walls, which is expected. They dumped quite a bit of stuff into their "zip pack" which is just a big cardboard box on wheels. My biggest complaint is I wish they would have asked me about some of the stuff because I would have directed them to leave it. I could have easily come back for the golf clubs and tower fans which ended up getting broken because they were all tossed in to the same zip pack together. I was standing around so it would have been an easy conversation. The only only real casualty was a tower fan that had the base completely broken. I spoke to the manager at the end of the move and he said he would call me the next day to file the claim and I never heard a word from him. The point is not the broken fan, at $.30 a pound the claim would have netted less than $1.50 probably and clearly not worth the time and effort. The point is that his crew damaged my belongings and he said he would call and follow up and never did. Very disappointing customer service. I share this so that you can go in with eyes wide open. We're they the worst movers I've ever had? Not at all. Did I have the glowing experience that I read about in the other online reviews? Also, not at all. One more thing to note. They crew did not even offer to wear masks. I moved mid-June and fully expected them to at least have masks on when they got out of the truck. read more

But the real star of the show was the crew leader, Jordan. This guy busted his behind getting stuff moved. He moved fast without being in a hurry, he issued clear and concise instructions for Joe and Jon, was very polite, and took excellent care of my items. And if it was heavy, Jordan was on it. The big negative: overheard conversations that made me uncomfortable, heavily leaning to racist beliefs. The company was very responsive and thorough before the move, and the crew showed up on time the day of. We were told they would send more guys than actually showed up, and that the move would take 2 trucks. They sent 2 trucks (with 0 wardrobe boxes!) but the crew told us that the second truck was not for our things, but for their supplies only. They broke a lot of our stuff, including a $1,000 treadmill and $3,000 solid wood dresser (which they dropped) that my husband had to repair because Carlos "couldn't find anyone local to come out and do the repairs". My dresser drawers do not open or close properly because an amateur replaced the drawer glides. They broke several other pieces of furniture which Carlos promised to reimburse us for, but it has been 3 months since the move and still no reimbursement. There were a few things that went missing. Our bedside lamps disappeared after sitting in our bedroom while the trucks were loaded, as if they were being set aside for someone. The other thing that went missing was a vintage framed personalized photo that belonged to my husband and is worth close to $1,000. Apparently one of the guys remembers bringing it into our new house, but can't remember where he put it. It is not in the house and we have not been compensated for the loss. I should add that Carlos and I have been emailing back and forth since the move, but every time there is some pressure to answer or send a check, I don't get a response. My best advice is to look elsewhere for a mover. read more

I'm the beginning Jason the owner was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and the booking process seemed painless. That said on the day of the move the staff and truck were an hour and a half late. I called after waiting thirty minutes and got an update from the truck that it would be 35 more minutes, not a problem. But when that next 35 mins became an hour it's beyond annoying, it's simply unprofessional. Trying to coordinate 3 different pieces to this move and having one egregiously late left a bad taste in my mouth. On top of that the movers marked up the walls on both set of stairs, I had to go back and paint extensively. If that wasn't bad enough I later found one of my toilets plugged up from the movers. Do yourself and avoid these guys like the plague, cheaper is not always better. If you're looking for stress free move you'll be left with aggregation. When I discussed these issues with Jason (owner) he said he would talk to his guys and get back to me the next day. Glad I didn't hold my breath, no call back. Stay far away! read more

They must have been dirty gloves because he kept touching the walls and streaking dirt all over our white walls. We've tried to contact the owner to let him know what happened and he has yet to return our call. Now we have to have pay a painter to fix what happened. Falcon Moving is absolutely awful!! I utilized them to move and store my entire house. The move into storage was ok. It was the move out of storage to my new place that was horrible!! The movers arrived an hour late. Misquoted the price by $300 plus dollars. They lost the bolts to my table. I had to strongly talk to management to make them send a worker to the hardware store to stabilize my table.Only after I mentioned the table could fall onto my 20 mth old grand daughter. The mattress bag I purchased from them was ripped which made my mattress dirty. My chair was ripped. They didn't put the mirrors back onto my dressers. Also, a piece of my bed is missing. I have called management every other day ,but have yet to reach a resolution. If you hire Falcon for your move, you will be disappointed! read more

Worst experience for using movers for the 1st time. They broke custom made furniture, they broke items that are irreplaceable, they lost parts to put beds and shelving back in, they lost glass shelving. They dropped stuff out of the truck. Did not put furniture back together. There quote was off by 25%, that I had to pay the difference of. It took them longer to unload then to load which is very unusual. They wanted to send a handy man to repair custom made furniture, he could not commit to any day or time because he had another job, they were going to send a furniture repair man who 3 months later still has not called me. And the amount the refunded to me was pennies on the dollar DO NOT USE THEM! read more
