Two Men and a Truck is very dishonest and have a business model designed to stick it to customers…read moreon 'moving day' when they know 'they've got you'. They underbid their jobs saying they can do a job with two guys in 6 hours then they arrive and say this job is bigger than the scheduler told us. they then call and the scheduler/ boss says sure, we'll send more guys, but it's going to cost you a significant amount more per hour.... what csn you do, they know you're stuck, since this move has been planned for weeks. I ended up carrying a ton if things myself to help speed up the process to try and avoid some if the now ridiculous increased hourly rate!! Don't get me wrong, the guys who showed up for the job were great, but their management and business model are something to be desired. This company takes advantage of people, and won't accept any responsibility for initially under bidding the job at one price, then telling you it's your fault, and then here come the up-charges!! BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! you will not pay what you were originally quoted.

Please read the shitty reviews on this company. The estimators who show up are nice people. The garage and patio and excess items would not fit. They told me if I went and rented a truck they would fill it and move it. I had to leave my wife and twin children there alone while I got a truck. I was estimated 2500-3300 and it cost me 4K. The movers told me Paul Delguidice "Backed it down" to one truck and he did it to others just the day before. He's a piece of shit. He regularly screws customers. Out of time and money. This company should have been sued out of business already. Or at least him personally. He personally is responsible for every failure this company encounters. They allowed me to file a dispute with "Their" system. And of course "Their" system denied me. These people have absolutely ZERO scruples. They would stab you in the face if they could but they don't have the balls to show up. Paul is a fat loser and can't make legitimate money. So he makes fraudulent money. Never use these people. Not with management like that tub of crap.

They were respectful and careful with our things and walls. We had some very heavy and bulky sofas and they certainly worked hard to get them through doors and stairwells. I recommend them highly. Pricing was also very reasonable.

One of the first crew put shelf holders in his bag from our bar shelving, and was not part of the second crew, so we can't unpack the bar. They never offered to bring them back to us. Told us to go buy them. They also gashed in the corner of one of the night stands and never told us, and now, when I try to call them, it goes directly to voice mail and they never call back. I paid cash so there was no recourse through a credit card company to dispute the charge. They picked up our furniture on July 11, 2026, held it for 2 nights in 2 trucks. The second truck was only about 1/4 filled. They were scheduled to deliver to our new address at 1 pm on Monday, July 13th, at 1 pm. They arrived an hour early and our closing wasn't complete until 12:30. All the boxes were packed by us, were colored coded and marked for every room. Many of the boxes were placed in the wrong rooms or left in the garage and we had to carry heavy boxes into the correct areas. One box of record albums was completely broken. Don't ever ever rely on them to move you! they are terrible! This battle is not over!

They didn't give an actual bill and only cited "materials" as the reason for the price change even though I had everything packed in boxes and I even physically helped them get things in to and out of the truck. They also charge a service fee just to be able to pay them. The 2 guys who showed up and moved my stuff we're nice enough but I absolutely would NOT recommend hiring this company.

We had a very concerning experience with Coffey Bros. Moving and would strongly caution others…read more We were initially quoted approximately $3,600 for our move after providing a detailed inventory multiple times and confirming everything in advance. We were reassured the move would take about 8-9 hours with 4 movers and that the total would remain close to that estimate. This move was from one house to another house within a mile of each other in the same neighborhood! On move day, the crew did conduct an inventory at the beginning but did not communicate any changes or provide an updated estimate. They proceeded to load all of our belongings onto the truck. Only after everything was loaded did they inform us that the total had increased to over $13,000 -- more than four times what we were quoted. At that point, they refused to unload any of our belongings unless we paid in full. Even after we paid approximately $12,000, they still would not begin unloading until additional payment was made. This happened late at night with all of our possessions on their truck, leaving us with no real option. We asked to speak with a supervisor to understand the charges. Although he was placed on speakerphone, he refused to speak with us or explain why the cost had increased so dramatically. Throughout the process, we were repeatedly required to sign documents on a phone that we could not properly review, and they would not explain what we were signing. We were told we had to sign to continue while under pressure due to a strict move-out deadline. The final bill included many concerning charges, including: * Repeated charges for the same items/services (exercise equipment, Peloton, TVs, glass handling) * Significant material charges (e.g., dozens of rolls of tape and excessive wrapping) that we did not authorize and explicitly asked them not to use * Additional services that were not clearly disclosed in advance *They broke our new storm door and our master King Bed Frame. At the end of the move, we were also required to provide photographs of our credit card and identification, which took over an hour. We never agreed to this beforehand and felt extremely uncomfortable given the circumstances. Overall, this experience felt highly pressured and not transparent. The final cost was dramatically higher than what was represented, and we were not given a fair opportunity to review or approve charges before being required to pay. If we did not pay in full, we were not getting our materials. I began to fear for my kids and my safety. I have never been in such a terrifying pressuring situation that I was completely taken advantage of!
