They are so unorganized, the employee took 20 mins to enter my info and then had to call his manager 6 times to ask how to do things on the computer. It is very dingy and everything is made of wood. Also the lift for the uper units was broken when I arrived with no estimated repair time. They told me I could use it indefinitely on the phone. Great prices but you get what you pay for.

In the city of Chicago, the rent for a $3000.00 apartment doesn't even go up by $150.00 so why is the rent for a 10x30 space being increased by 35%. Where are our state regulators on these storage facilities? Don't rent from any large storage chains or you will find yourself paying as much to store your items as you are for paying rent for an apartment.
