At Pack Wrap and Send, there is rarely a line, you get top notch customer service and they can literally do anything the post office can do. I have bought postage stamps here, sent out mail that must be certified, sent my husbands wallet to him overnight. Like I said, they can do it all! While attempting to send a 22x22x22 baby shower gift to San Antonio, I was first quoted over $130 at UPS. I took my box home and re wrapped the gift in a 18x18x22 box. Brought the box back to UPS only to be quoted over $80 this time. Both times the workers just starred at me and offered no other suggestions. Just that it's the size of the box and where it's going, nothing they could do. Fast forward to meeting my lucky star Naomi. After receiving the same over $80 quote, she asked about the contents of my box. She then proceeded to measure my contents and offered a whole new suggestion and box size. Naomi going the extra mile and beyond, allowed me to cut my shipping cost to half. Just by knowing the contents and that it could fit in a 10x10x20. When you're good at your job and concerned about your customers versus just collecting a paycheck, it makes a world of difference. Thank you Naomi for all of your help and knowledge!

"Amazon wont accept these in the original shipping packaging" I responded " that is the silliest thing I have ever heard." So I unpacked the two items and swapped boxes. "There, no longer in the appropriate shipping package. He then said, this needs to be double boxed, you can buy a box here. I said, it didnt ship to me double boxed. He responded "i'm also not re-taping your package" This is not a free tape store. You can purchase tape from me, but i'm still not shipping the one not double boxed. Are you kidding me. Its so sad its comical. If Alex was 17 years old with no work experience, and no idea how to treat a customer. I could understand. But he was a manager in his 40's. I will never return to this location again and I will also be informing UPS corp about how their franchises treat their clients.

Lol I didn't get the gentleman's name who helped me at the counter. I accidentally mixed up the two packages that he scanned for me, but he quickly resolved it without issue. I wish I got his name because he provided excellent customer service and was quite cheerful. Even with my mixup, I was in and out of there within a few minutes . Another thing I noticed on my drop off package receipt, is that they provide a discount code for some of their services. Their prices are already reasonable, so this is a nice little bonus. Another bonus is that Petra falafel recently opened. I grabbed one of their take-out menu so that I can easily order from them in the future.
