INFESTED WITH MICE! DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY! All of my belongings that I owned were in a unit at this facility and they were all ruined, chewed or contaminated with mouse feces/urine. It has now cost me thousands with damages, dry cleaning bills, health bills, etc. I even paid extra for a climate controlled unit thinking my belongings would be safe, but do not trust this place. I also paid for insurance and the manager Val and regional Manager Michelle have ignored my emails, phone calls and voicemails to discuss and submit a claim for the insurance I paid for. Everything I own and have worked hard for was completely ruined days before Christmas and they don't even have the decency to return a phone call. I am appalled that a business can be run in such a manner. Save yourself the heartache and sleepless nights from stress and choose a different company! Update: I finally received a call back, but it was only after I wrote a bad review. That right there shows you their business approach. It takes someone to be in tears writing a poor review to get any customer service. During the call there was no sympathy, no compassion, purely blaming me. It ended up heated and I am normally a very calm, nice person. If they spent more time tending to their customers in the first place than removing actual legitimate poor reviews on their company they wouldn't end up with such an angry customer. My son gave us a week's notice that he was moving home. After checking out storage units in Lisle, this one seemed the best price wise and ratings wise. I booked a uni online Friday night, and went in person on Saturday. Could not have been a better experience. Clean place, very helpful staff. uding the truck this weekend to move in. I was helped by Kenneth Strohrigl. Ken is more than an amazing worker. His communication was clear, upfront, showed us the storage unit, how to use the lock, and gate with a smile. Being nice is a trait not not many managers have.. His energy is very positive and I felt it from the second I walked in. My girlfriend rented a space after I said how great he was. Nice and clean secure facility, but in just over a year my rate has gone up 50%. Not sure if other facilities are the same, but if you plan on keeping things here for longer than a few months don't expect what you pay in the beginning to be what you continue to pay. read more

The place is clean, I'll give them that much. But now finally, after multiple rate hikes (two this year so far) and added fees and insurance I don't want I am moving out on Friday. If you don't care about cost I guess this facility would be fine. read more

I will say - a new facility and a clean and orderly place and much nicer building than other places I used or looked into. HOWEVER, not at all customer focused. They force you to buy insurance and you can't speak to anyone about getting out of that (unless you prove your homeowners policy covers off site storage). And, they raised my rent just 3 months after I moved in. Again, no one there - the lady at the desk "just works there" and "it's a corporate policy / no one can talk to you about it".... I would think anyone considering using places like this should just throw the crap out - why the heck I'm paying more than $200 a month to store stuff I never use amazes me.....that is the game here - get you to move in, and you never move out.... read more

These guys are the BEST! Units & Hallways super clean (and if you see something wrong they ACTUALLY take care of it right away!), Beautiful Clean Bathroom for Renters, Security is Top Notch, they even have a garage you can use in case it's raining or snowing! Plus they always have carts, nice ones, in working condition! Perhaps I've just had a lot of bad experiences but I'm sticking with them because I know a good thing when I see it. We had an excellent experience during a recent move, using this place to temporarily store boxes and small furniture. Well-maintained and super clean, free dollys to use for moving stuff in (which saved us so much time), great staff (Elie was very helpful!) and good security, too. We'd recommend it for your storage.
