Everything I own and have worked hard for was completely ruined days before Christmas and they don't even have the decency to return a phone call. Update: I finally received a call back, but it was only after I wrote a bad review. That right there shows you their business approach. It takes someone to be in tears writing a poor review to get any customer service. During the call there was no sympathy, no compassion, purely blaming me.
