AND, like, how helpful and convenient it is that they haul away as many donations for you as they can when they leave?! At the end of the day (literally), I had the best nights sleep that I'd had in years, knowing that there was (finally!) a place for everything and everything in its place. Not only did M2O grant me peace of mind, they motivated me to keep going and see what I can accomplish on my own with what I learned from them. And the productivity levels on all the DIY projects I've set aside over the years are through the roof! It's unfortunate, because the moving team on-site was outstanding. However, the owner and office staff have been unresponsive, unhelpful, and unwilling to resolve a clear billing mistake. Their lack of accountability has overshadowed what could have been a positive experience. They were very careful even when carrying heavy furniture that was quite challenging come down a narrow stairway with wooden bannister. They were efficient and polite. The whole move took about 8.5 hrs. They had to take apart a electric recliner couch which took time. Unfortunately, it was reassembled incorrectly & would only recline 30% of the way. We didn't notice this with all things going on until the next day. We called , and they happily agree to send a person out to fix it the next day. They apologized, and the service guy was polite and had to unassembled & reassembled it the right way and did so without any fuss, In their defense, there was no manual so they had to investigate to see the problem. No charge to rectify and it took almost 2: hours. Over all very happy with their attention to be careful & cheerful while doing hard work. Highly approve this company.

At Pack Wrap and Send, there is rarely a line, you get top notch customer service and they can literally do anything the post office can do. I have bought postage stamps here, sent out mail that must be certified, sent my husbands wallet to him overnight. Like I said, they can do it all!
