The roof was caving in and particles kept falling on my items, mold was atrocious. Obviously, if I store it, it is important to me. However, not to them. The mice were also entering and eating any bags or boxes. It was very upsetting. Thank goodness for new owners. I was going to move the next hike in price when I decided to voice my concerns with new owner. Right away, Pricilla, property manager reached out and immediately moved me to a better, clean and close by unit. As difficult as it is to move, I immediately started to move before my belongings completely got destroyed. This new owner is awesome. Really know what customer service is. Comforting because customer service has long been gone and non-existent. Thank you, Priscilla. I was definitely on my way out to a new storage facility, however, having heard my concerns definitely made me stay here. Would definitely recommend, now.

I have been here many times. I can honestly say that i never had an issue until today. Part of this…read moreis my own fault because i didnt read the receipt properly. I brought probably 100lbs of copper to them. It overflowed the wheel barrel by quite a bit. The ticket read 101lbs so i didnt question it at first. It took me maybe a minute to bring it to somwone. The subtraction of the wheel barrel left the weight at 49lbs. By this time they already dumped the copper. I had to settle with a mere 49lbs. Now i have worked construction all of my life, i know how much this would have weighed. One guy tried telling me that copper doesnt weigh that much, he must have thought he was talking to a normal guy. They wouldnt even try to recreate the amount in the barrel, but only suggested that they can weigh the barrel again. Needless to say, although i have used them numerous times, i am not sure if i could be persuaded to go back.

Rent is reasonable and the staff - particularly Savannah and Gloria - are so kind, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend if you're in need of storage.
