After relocating to Chicago from LA, I was in a crunch to find a clean indoor storage facility for my possessions which were being shipped by a van-line company. Macrena responded to my New Year's Day inquiry that same day and reassured me that she would hold the unit I needed until I was available to come to the facility for a tour and sign the paperwork. Vanessa, her sister, was at the facility when I arrived a week later & had everything well coordinated. The buildings and my unit were clean & obviously well maintained. The area was well lit and I felt at ease with the prospect of visiting my unit alone. The access for off-loading is also both convenient and ample, and I am confident the delivery of my goods will be very smooth for the transportation company. 5 stars for responsiveness, great communication, overall customer service, a clean & well maintained facility and the ease of doing business in an abbreviated timeline.

The price is reasonable and it was stated that it only goes up yearly. So as of now I am quite satisfied with the place and a bonus it that it is only a mile a way. They came out to do a review of our house to give us an accurate estimate. The driver reached out 2 days in advance to give us his time for arrival. From the moment the driver and team showed up at our door, they were professional, kind, and on top of every detail. We watched them take great care of our items, pack it better than we ever could have, and treat us with such respect. Upon delivery several states away, we received the exact same treatment! Communication was clear, the driver was on time, and our items were delivered in perfect condition. We will be recommending Boerman to anyone we know with a move in the future! They made our big move so much better and stress free!

Trevor and Melina worked together to finalize the quote, move date and specifics. My moving team (driver Nate and movers Jonathan, Daniel, Ray, Edgar and Conner) were so careful with my things. This was particularly helpful because they knew just where my things went. If you're planning a move, I highly recommend the Boerman team!

Prager Moving and Storage has been in Naperville for decades. Our neighbor, who is a perfectionist, to put it mildly, used Prager and raved about them. Our real estate agent, Chris Cobb, recommended Prager. The actual cost of the move came in below their estimate. The driver, Bob Bychowski, was outstanding. He and his crew were extremely prompt on both ends. His truck was huge and immaculate. His crew was great. Each and every one of them introduced themselves to us by name and shook our hands and then got to work without delay. We haven't unpacked everything yet, but all the furniture arrived without a scratch. This was the easiest move we have ever experienced. We are a "his, mine and ours" family, so we have both moved many times over the decades. We both agree that this was by far the best moving experience ever. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

I've moved my kids multiple times with shady movers (I have stories!) and this was a walk in the park. First of all , my quote was done over the phone through FaceTime. Before the scheduled move we were able to move quite a few small boxes and items ourselves as we had access to the new home. Steve was happy to adjust the quote (through FaceTime again) and it was astonishingly accurate. The crew was fantastic! Adan was the crew leader and all the men were very proficient in packing, moving and communicating with us throughout the day. They were all friendly and very accommodating to how we wanted things placed in the new home. Also, Brenda in the office was quite helpful with scheduling the move, explaining the billing, and answering any questions we had. Cannot say enough good things about this company. As I said, we've been burned by other companies so I was relieved to have such a pleasant experience with Prager.
