The folks at A1 are great to deal with. The registration and close out was very easy. I used them to store some overflow home goods during a move and the facility was always well kept. I had a drive up access unit which stayed dry with just a tarp down during a winter and spring season. read more

Terrible owner with a bad attitude. I paid for a spot to park my RV. It was overpriced, in my opinion, because it was outdoors and unsecured. When I asked if I could park my car in the spot when I was using the RV, the owner freaked out on me and screamed at me and told me he didn't want my business. What a terrible attitude and the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I feel bad for the very nice woman that has to work for him. I recommend spending your money elsewhere. read more

Everything at this facility was great. Reasonable price, very well kept, clean, well lit, easy to access and hours of access. The staff was courteous, easy to get hold of and helpful. Good location easy to get to from any direction. Being next to the County Sheriff's facility gave an added sense of security. read more

Just rented a space today. Looked at several places this was the best in the area of new Lenox. It's very clean with excellent security. The great thing is the owner manager is in the office on duty. I wouldn't rent without on-site management. read more

Pricing is reasonable for winter storage in a non climate controlled warehouse. Pay by the month or pay 5 months up front, get the 6th month free. People that work there provide good customer service. read more

The people who work there are nice. However most of the time there is no one there to assist and they do not answer the phones. The gates barely function. I would have to enter the code multiple times before it would take, both at the gate and at the door. It is dingy and creepy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to store your stuff. This place is not worth the high rates they charge, and they are not flexible at all with payments. I am vacating as soon as possible, which unfortunately will be another month because of their unwillingness to be flexible with me in regards to my move out. read more

I rented two climate controlled storage units (Laraway and rt. 52) at Will County Storage for the past year while I was in between moves. I had a great experience! Dmitri is very responsive and I've had nothing but great customer service. The prices are good, the online payments are easy, and my items have remained clean and dry in the units! The location looks to be in the middle of nowhere, but don't let that deter you. The units were clean, and I felt it was very secure. I would definitely recommend this storage facility if you are looking for something with climate control. read more

A1 Will County storage area is clean & well run. We've stored our RV here for over 3 years with no problems. The owner is very friendly & helpful. I only wish it were closer to our home! We rented 2 storage units. One in the regular, outside, gated and one in the "temperature controlled" building. The outside one was fine, much like any other similar type service, and I appreciate the locked gate. The "temp control" one not so much. We found that they did not watch for outside temperature changes, therefore making changes for hot weather or cold. We had to call and tell them what the thermostat stated. Also, we had water damage to our unit, causing us to have to move everything to another location. They could not figure out where the water came from, and had we not complained, they probably would not have done anything about it much less given us any sort of credit. The location is the best reason we used them but we would not recommend them if you are thinking of using the 'temp control' units. read more

This business is a great option for local storage. There are plenty of options for all size storage needs. The units are clean (I had 2). The interior of the internal storage units was also very clean, well lit and easy to access. It has access to facility on evenings and weekends, with secure entry.
