I had a unit there simply for business needs, as I am an Account Manager, and quarterly I have shipped packages up to 30 packages to be placed in their storage. Not only are they more expensive, as the price of the unit continues to climb up, they don't ensure that these packages receive the proper placement, as they are charging me $175 a month including insurance to do so. They refuse packages, causing business needs to be halted, and delayed. Overall, I went with the company due to the proximity to my home, and supporting local businesses. When does local businesses treat you like crap, and no longer have a working relationship with you, it's time to move on and find another company that treats you with integrity. The owner is the face of the business and is on site for help which is rare for other business models. During our initial interaction, he was very helpful in finding a unit that would fit both my furniture and my budget. An owner who isn't trying to get over!! Additionally, I enjoy the location since there is very little traffic, statistically resulting in a safer space although there is an access code needed to gain entry into the premises. I was also able to refer a friend who now uses this space in an exterior unit. My unit was interior (climate controlled) so there's an option for that as well. Thanks for your help Munster Stor-all!

I have called this company repeatedly for a month and they said it was the movers fault and they paid me what was due. The manager is beyond rude, the workers are not helpful. I will never use this company ever again. Big scam by a bunch of rude people.
