They understood it was a small incident, and fixed the damaged roof, but they didn't charge me, or submit a insurance claim where most all others would.. I find their communication outstanding when it comes to my property. They will call me if they have a question, or concern while looking out for your property at the same time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage or to rent storage space. I know my family won't go anywhere else for storage yours shouldn't either..

The company knows that it is supposed to come pick up this dumpster, but for whatever reason they haven't done it. It is stinky, unsightly, and taking up precious parking spaces. I called the company to figure out what's going on and they said they haven't been able to pick up the dumpster because there's not enough empty space around it to retrieve it. Seriously? If you managed to park it here, then you should be able to pick it up. This is the city, where people park on the street. If you cannot pick up a dumpster that's parked in the middle of a block then don't park a dumpster in the middle of a block. Or better yet, stick to jobs in the suburbs. Hopefully the City doesn't continue to use this company for street cleaning jobs.

My original quote was $470, I only had a few furniture items and maybe six boxes. It took them so long to move those items that Daniel thought he was going to charge me $800 afterwards! My husband was helping out the whole time because they weren't moving things properly! My understanding was that I was getting an actually moving truck. they pulled up with a storage container on the back of a pickup truck which wasn't discussed prior to moving. I knew that wouldn't fit all my belongings from a two bedroom apartment. They allowed my jewelry stand to be outside unattended while they moved my couch out the front door and my belongings where in the back unattended for idk how long. What really pisses me off is that they could've said something to me and could've watched my belongings. After my jewelry was stolen which had a value at least 50000dollars. Willie tells me they are not responsible and i shouldve been watching my belongings if it was that important. A total disregard to my valuables and my feelings to what had just happened. After he told me he was waiting on police which was a total lie, when we get to my new apartment he stops moving my things and demands another 270 for the time I had went over. In total I paid him almost 800 for this move. After I paid him his money he then proceeds to tell me he's not moving nothing that wasn't on the list to be mvoed. Keep in mind they left my kitchen table and a tv which was on the list. So he left like 6/8 bags and my bed frame which was on the list to be moved outside my new apartment. I had to move everything Willie was yelling and acting ghetto in front of my new apartment building where my neighbors could hear and see. while moving my couch into my new place they broke a light in my hallway. Very easy to ask questions, they showed up ready to work, got all of my stuff into my storage (even though I thought I needed to rent another one). They showed up on time & had more supplies than I thought I needed- i thought i bought everything but i forgot some stuff. Mr. Hester was AMAZING with how he fit things in AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, they weren't rough with my stuff! The staff knew what they were doing & when they didn't, they asked Mr Hester & he knew! I love that they asked when they didn't know instead of tearing up my stuff. AWESOME job! Will definitely use them again and I'm referring them to everyone I know that needs to move!!
