I have never had issues with Public Storage in the past and this location was no different. Was happy with accommodations made for me, previously. Today, I was moving around things between home and storage and came across an old metal shelving unit in my storage garage. My truck bed was already full with items so I was not able to drive up to the garbage area with it loaded. In a hurry to avoid the rain, I quickly carried the shelf around the first row of garages and left it near the garbage to circle back with Monique to discuss if leaving it there was an option this one time. After quickly returning to my truck to grab the rest of my things, Monique came around the corner and in a very rude and charged manor, approached me with the very first question of whether or not I was moving out. Then on to the shelf being left near the garbage, then quickly scolding me for leaving it there. I was interrupted several times by Monique and not given the opportunity to even speak or explain my intention to ask her about the shelf after I was finished loading my backseats. Monique was incredibly rude, inconsiderate of the situation, and was too focused on the posted signage than to listen to a long term customer across Public Storage locations on what the situation was and what my intentions were knowing the rules already. I will be moving all of my belongings from this location and going elsewhere. Highly recommend staying away from this location in particular. 1 star is generous after today's interaction. Not to mention price increases every 3 months that have to be 'fought against'.

Of the 26 units in my row, only 9 of them got scammed to buy the lock, as the rest of the units all had different styles and lock. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. THE PUBLIC STORAGE 1 BLOCK AWAY IS MUCH BETTER, and better pricing.

In the past, when something truly urgent came up, they would call or at least send multiple forms of communication -- phone calls, emails, and letters -- so we knew to act immediately. This time, they switched to only email without any phone calls or clear indication that an auction was imminent. We had no idea things had escalated so far until it was too late. If you value your belongings, be aware that their communication practices are unreliable when it matters most.

He went back on the 2nd did the inspection and was told there should be no problem he shouldn't be billed for January this year. He found out later they not only billed for Jan but they turned it over to collection. When he went back in to see why, they told him because he used his pin on the 1st that is why they charged for the entire month. He paid it reluctantly. If anything they should have charged for one day not 31!! I would not recommend their storage facility.

I moved all of my stuff out on June 1st, and yet they charged me for the entire month of June. I emailed someone about getting the charges removed but no one answered and there was NEVER anyone at the front desk. -Also you aren't allowed to stay at the storage unit after 5 pm! Some of us have a job and can't get there till later. They also lock the elevators after 5 so if you just loaded up your stuff and try to use the elevator you can't!!! When I tried to leave the app would NOT open the gate, so i had to manually enter the code. -I get an email saying that i'm not allowed to be in the facility after 5 and if i do it again I'll be locked out? Excuse me? How absolutely absurd. I hope this place gets shut down
