I don't want to be here on a rainy Saturday morning either. I say "Good morning! I have a truck reservation." He nods. That would still be a three star experience if it weren't for the U-Haul app. It kept crashing. It wants constant location access. Once the rental process starts I had to agree to their biometric data terms of service, submit a selfie, scan my drivers license, AND provide a personal reference or passport info. I'm sure my personal info will be leaked in the near future. Throughout this digital adventure the staff was entirely unhelpful. I gave up and thanked the guy for his time. I realize it's unfair to review the app and the location, but I don't have an alternative here. I'm powerless against the U-Haul brand. I'll hit the App Store reviews next. Now I gotta spend my time getting U-Haul to delete my PII and deactivate my account.
