The owner claims the issue is being taken care of but the mice never went away as every month I return to my unit and discover new damage! The contract you sign when renting the unit mentions no responsibility of the owner for any damage including damage done by rodents so you will be left on your own to deal with your loss. They offered $10 discount for the next 6 months for me as well as arrange the livers to vacate then disappeared. The staff is friendly but not helpful. Be mindful of this went renting from them!

They left me a box of somebody else's things and I've made attempts to get his phone number. He moved from Chicago to Glendale, Arizona. It's an expensive box of personal fragile things. No one called me.I receive a call from some tool asking me if I had a bunch of paperwork I said no but I have a box of a person's things. All along in our communications with the MOVER (Best Price Moving & Storage) we were assured we were only going to be charged for ACTUAL Cubic Feet utilized and not ESTIMATED. At the time of pick up in Chicago it was REPRESENTED we were using 2,000 Cu Ft of space. And were told we needed to pay the difference*approximately 665 Cubic ft extra. When the truck arrived for delivery, it was packed to under 1,150 Cu Ft of space. A SIGNIFICANT difference of approximately 850 Cu Ft. You can view pictures I took upon arrival of our delivery truck. When I went on the truck to take the pictures the movers asked why I was taking pictures and he answered his own question with "are you not agreeing with the Cubic Footage charged. This tells me this is a common practice in the moving industry and does not comply with any standard of good business practices. This is the difference of being charged for 2000 cubic feet on only using 1150 square. This difference is the 850 Cu Ft X $3.30 $2,805 plus 12% Fuel Surcharge on our Cu Ft by $336 = $3186. WE were over charged $3186. We reported to the company, and the said they would get back to us. Nobody contacted us and every time we called the disconnected us or put us into someone's voices mail. If I could give negative star, I would. This is the absolute worst moving company that I have used. I have reported them to the BBB.

Together, they had everything up to our 2nd floor apartment in little over an hour! They were gentle in their handling of our belongings and did their best to move furniture items to the appropriate rooms. The value of this service was well worth it on a hot, hot day. The move could have easily taken the allotted 3 hrs if all the men worked but I ended up having to pay an extra $165 for an extra hour. The man who clearly had seniority was intoxicated. And the other men were irritated with him. He came up to sign me out at 6:25, what should have been a 5 min process was 25 mins because he was disoriented. He was so out of it he mixed up the numbers for my total and dispatch had to tell him that he put it in wrong. He took so long at close out the other movers came in the apt looking for him. I was so uncomfortable because to top it off he basically insisted on a tip and gave me his business card insisting that he would give me a flat rate next time I need to move. I will never use this company again! This was so unprofessional.
