I went in last year looking for a bike and instead of letting me pick, Jerry asked me how I use my bike based on that he pointed me to a '60s cruiser. I was a bit surprised but then he broke down why which gave me confidence in his suggestion. My previous bike had modern handle bars and I ride a lot. I would get tension headaches a lot too. With the bike Jerry sold me, they stopped. I've gone back several times for repairs, upgrades and such and he's really about customer service. He remembers everybody but has no clue what your name is. One big thing to remember is time is relative to Jerry. He opens when he feels like it, closes when he feels like it, and finishes when he feels like it. So just like with my uncles, I've learned to call him when he says he'll call, budget in extra time that he'll have my bike and call before I go to make sure he's there. The plus side of this is I've called that I can't make it by closing time and he's stayed late for me to pick up or drop off whatever.

The lady in charge when I went didn't know specifically what they had, but instantly knew what it cost when she saw it! They have a $6 10x18 pan grate that fits snugly secured to the handles of the pan so you can roast meats as drippings fall 2" into the Pyrex. Also, the same "Winco" brand has a grate which fits inside the same glass Pyrex pan. If you want to elevate a small roast inside the 9x13, this $4 grate fits perfectly too. It makes it easy to run errands while walking my dog. However, I wish the cashiers would ease up a little. On THREE separate occasions, they're rushing to ask to feed my dog. I don't know why complete strangers think it's OK to feed your dog or why the cashiers aren't more focused on making sure no one is in your line, but it comes across like the same reaction dogs have when they see squirrels or cats. DOG! DOG! DOG! FEED! FEED! FEED! A few months ago when this happened, a lady had a treat in her hand already. I was trying to talk to the cashier and she was interrupting me to ask if she could give a treat to my dog. I said, "no" and she looked like I'd offended her. I kept talking to the cashier but kept my eye on the lady to make sure she didn't sneak a treat. In the past week, another cashier asked if she could give my dog a treat. I said, "No thank you" and her response was, "Awwwwww" as if I somehow robbed my dog of a treat. Not only is it the exact opposite and my spoiled rotten dog eats homemade baked treats that I personally make, but I just know she doesn't respond well (throws up) to store-bought treats (and gains weight too fast eating them). But that's none of these cashiers' business. Once I say "no," that should be that. In all fairness, when I returned because a key didn't work, the second lady remembered me and was pleasant. But then ANOTHER lady started yelling my way about giving my dog a treat. I said, "No thank you" again and she couldn't just leave it at that. She had to walk over mid-transaction to ask me do I dress my dog up for Halloween and hand me a flyer on the counter of the cashier. I can't wrap my mind around why she couldn't just let the cashier I was ALREADY TALKING TO do this. I said I dress my dog up to be polite, let her hand me the flyer and leave. But then this woman squatted down by my legs to try to pet my dog. I immediately moved my legs in a way to block her and she stood up. A customer was clearly at her counter waiting to be serviced, but this entitled lady not only didn't ask for permission to pet my dog but didn't seem to care much about customers. I'm relieved that the key desk isn't this aggressive with dogs. I won't be coming back though. And if I do, I definitely will NOT bring my dog. It's overwhelming.

I went to their annual garden sale which has a lot of flowers and plants discounted during Mother's Day weekend. I would say that they did have a very good selection and the prices were moderate for the goods that they had. Also was able to get some potting soil to assist with nurturing my plants for the season. Overall very nice store, very clean and employees were friendly. Only reason that it is a 4 star and not a 5 star, is because there were no prices for any of the Flowers. I was constantly asking the workers what the prices were on the plants. In a prime situation it would just be easier to have some type of signage for the amount that they are charging for the plants and flowers. This location has parking. A lot easier to get to this than some of the bigger hardware stores. I noticed that inside they have everything you could need for the outside and inside of your home. If you just need cleaning supplies or charcoal or plumbing this is a good option.
