Now I was in a bind with time because their are NO more commercial copy centers on the South Side of Chicago. At first I was grateful this place was available and open. When I walked in a baby was sitting on the front counter and I was greeted by a young man in the front. I wasn't expecting the "Get Out" run from the girl in the back. No Hello...Just, "Our service fee is $4.00 for all services. Copies are $.whatever cents for B&W and $.?? for color." What can I do for you? I was like... Hello! Can I print out. Page from my email? I ended up paying $5.00 plus for one color page. That's crazy. I believe they should totally reconsider the service fee amount based on what is being requested. I may have to use this place some other time. However, I hope my order will compensate for the service fee charge. SMH read more

The lady Frankie was extremely rude on the phone with me when I called to get pricing for printing labels and items for a birthday party. I am not familiar with printing items at a print shop and due to their hours & my work schedule I had to call to inquire. I requested pricing for a photo booth picture frame then called back the next day to get pricing for the labels. Frankie was very short with me on the phone & had a "you are bothering me" tone on the phone. She kept saying call me back when you have the sizing of the stickers , which I told her several times the size was not on the digital file but it is the size of a mott's apple sauce container. Now you would think that someone who has been in the printing business for 20 years , as she states, would be able to assist with knowing some size ranges for this product. I then asked what is the inch size you print for circle stickers; but WHY do I have to ask probing questions to get you to give me information on what your business provides. Then she proceeds to say "if we have to adjust it their is an extra fee" . I am like ok what is the fee , she states anywhere between 15-20 dollars ... at this point I can't deal with this terrible customer service over the phone and I inform Frankie how her aggravated tone is not appealing and in the world of business (because I have ran a multi million dollar company's locations) this is not acceptable. She said no one has ever called her rude in 20 years and I stated not that you know of. because you are being very rude and all I have done is ask questions about products because of their hours ( open when typical working people ARE AT WORK!) she proceeds to say I could make an appointment on Saturday. At this point I wouldn't give this lady or this location a PENNY! I am sadden that I can not support the local black print shop in my neighborhood but I refuse to be talked to like I am bothersome THEN be hung up on ! Which is ridiculous and beyond unprofessional. I never write reviews but TODAY I had to sound off on this print shop. I would never go here for NOTHING ! read more
