I found the original set of blueprints for my home stashed in the attic and thought it would be…read morenice to frame them for display. However, they are in poor shape which might be cool for authenticity, but blueprints exposed to light don't last long. The architect recommended PR2 Graphics to help. After showing the blueprints to the staff, they had great recommendations on how to repair the tears, scanning resolutions and a variety of paper to print the results. Cool! They did the high resolution scans and provided me with PDF's that I used in photoshop to clean up wrinkles, water marks, etc. and then returned these files for printing on 40# stock. They turned out great! thanks PR2 Graphics!

The owner, Alex, is a nice dude, but a poor communicator. My laptop was having crashes, and I…read moredropped it off in early June for troubleshooting/diagnosis. I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.

This review is not for the store - but for a single staff member: Gilbert. While I agree that the…read moreprices are outrageous, the service I received on a recent visit was wonderful, which distinguishes this FedEx Office from all others. I stopped by this one as I was in the area looking simply to save time. I myself have had awful experiences at other FedEx locations, so I must admit I was slightly hesitant. Gilbert was very kind and attentive, and helped me as I printed various items. He was informative and had plenty of advice to share. I'm someone who prints often--signs, stickers, posters, etc.--Gilbert assured me that they could help me create literally everything they see in the store. Granted, you can print documents and send faxes at other locations for much cheaper (also--the lamination prices are really ridiculous), FedEx is fair for bigger projects. Even so, it is unlikely that I would return to any FedEx had it not been for my most recent experience at this one. One thing is for sure: If I am to return to any FedEx Office, it's this one. Thank you, Gilbert. Good customer service makes a major difference to me.
