I don't know what happened since I am not easily fooled but for some reason I ended up being charged monthly $16.95 for some program that I would have never signed up for with a company I only use every few years. But since I only check my credit card statement once a month, I found it twice since the first time they did was the day after I checked. I didn't even know it was them until the second person I spoke with at my credit card because of how it was listed on the statement. Must be happening to lots of others since that person knew right away, helped me block the company, set up the charge back, and gave me their number for customer service of this program. When I called that number the next, the poor person that answered quickly got it cancelled on their end and told me my refund will be issued in 3-5 business days. How a good company have fallen. Must be trying to find a way to make money since collectables and checks are not popular in the 21st century. I will never use again and so should others.
