It's now March and I recently discovered they had not been posting on my social media since July of 2025. I reached out to Customer Service and they informed me that they don't do that, they just provide marketing I can use on my sites. This however, is a lie. That is not at all how the relationship started out, or unfolded. I have so many posts from them prior to July. I asked for a partial refund, they refused. I cancelled immediately. Don't do it.
