Always super nice and very professional!! They're lighting fast at getting you taken care of too which is nice. The value is good even beating the post office sometimes but definitely better for shipping random or super heavy stuff. Basically any service need I requested in regard to shipping wise always handled well. I also appreciated the owner telling me when the post office picked up their packages so I could make sure to arrive earlier so it gets shipped same day as opposed to next day or later. Very courteous. Highly recommend this place. Been going here for years. Never a problem. read more

I had some documents notarized. I was charged $10.00 for each signature. According to Illinois law, a $5.00 charge is the max on a simple signature. Also, I was not informed of the cost of each signature before it was notarized. read more

This place is racist and only hires 1 ethnicity to work here. After submitting a complaint they retaliated by purposely delaying future deliveries. Would rate this place and ups a solid 0 stars. If you have any package that's being sent or returned through Amazon you are sol and will be in limbo until ups decides they want to touch your package and get it moving. It is not a priority to them even when you are knowingly paying extra for expedited shipping. Once again, a solid 0 stars. read more

I've used this location a few times and I've never had any issues with what I've needed. But I felt compelled to write this review after interacting with and observing the employees when I stopped in this morning to send out a package. It wasn't too busy, just myself and two other customers. There was a man and a woman working (same gentleman I've interacted with the last few times I went). He warmly greeted me and then apologized since they had a power outage in the morning so the systems were running a little slow. While we were waiting he noticed the guest behind me and helped direct him on where to place the package he was sending. He also assisted his coworker (not that she needed it, per say, but it helped keep things running smoothly). After that the computer was ready and he scanned my package. He was very efficient and made sure that he was using his time wisely. I also observed the woman helping the other customer while I was waiting, and she was very detail-oriented and professional with him. While I was leaving, the gentleman gave me a friendly goodbye which felt very genuine, and I left the store actually feeling better and had my day brightened up. Can't say that about many places these days, so big thanks to them for being so great! read more

Amazon return: I was in and out with my return in less than 30 seconds. You know, it's taking me longer to type this review (only typing with one finger on my phone so you know I'm old), and as I'm finishing typing this I was already in my car and driving off. Friendly and courteous. read more

every time I step inside this UPS store, everyone is so helpful and courteous. I usually get everything that I need to take care of in a timely manner. They always say hello when I come in and say goodbye and have a nice day when I leave. I like the fact that they have their own free private parking that is away from the main road as well. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Morton Grove, Illinois

This is the first yelp review I've ever written...but feel compelled to for this business. I have been to many, many UPS locations in my years, and this store, by far, is the best I've ever been to. They are efficient and genuinely so friendly. Top notch service. It's a pleasure to do business here. Wish them continued success. read more

UPS is generally good but my experience with this location was not great. I was returning an Amazon package and there were two separate boxes in the return. They told me I had to put them in one box. I told them I was not aware as this was clearly not in the instructions. They said I could tape them otherwise but like most other people I don't just walk around with a shipping tape and I told them I didn't have one. Their suggestion was that I buy a new tape from them. Why would I but a tape just to tape two thin boxes, probably to use 10 inches of tape? They were not helpful and I had come all the way to ship this. I will not return to this location. read more

Big guy was so kind when I talked with him you knew that I need to return it today and even he closed he is accepted my returns. Actually I was 3min after they closed. I am so happy that I made it today because my working hours is so long and I couldn't have time to return it Thank you Big guy ‍ read more

I normally go to the UPS STORE on Harlem and Touhy. That one does not charge you to print Amazon labels. This one charges you $2.86! That's a while real off paper right there!! Go to the one on Harlem. I like to help businesses that help us. read more

Staff is always friendly and helpful! Abeau is a notary - convenient and inexpensive.

This UPS store is located in small little plaza off of Dempster and Ferris, next to the Avalanche bubble tea place. They offer various shipping and delivery options available, and the staff have always been super friendly and super efficient, making the lines move quickly. I've been here a few times to drop off packages, and getting it scanned and receiving a receipt doesn't take longer than a few seconds! I love that they opened on Sundays! Parking is a little tight in the plaza due to its size, and there's only one way in and out. +opened on Sundays! +located next to Avalance +friendly staff +fast and efficient service! +free parking in small plaza lot read more

Glad I came to return some Amazon items here. I felt at ease knowing my items would be returned and they were very patient with me knowing I had multiple items. For an additional price, I was able to pack my items with tape (starts at $2) and they were able to print the address/label by sending them an email (additional $3) which was very helpful. Additional points for being open later. Will be back! read more

Very nice, very professional people working at this UPS location, but holy shit sending packages is expensive. Tuesday I sent 2 one pound boxes of Frango Mints to my Bro in Issaquah WA & Sis in Long Island NY. I got sticker shock when they told me it was over $46 dollars for delivery next Monday. Not even over night or next day, 4-5 day delivery? You have got to be Effin kidding me $46 dollars. I guess it's been awhile since I sent a package. For the Yelpers out of state Macy's in the Chicagoland area use to be Marshall Fields & Frango mints are a product of Marshall Fields that they continue to sell in select regions of the country. They are delicious & very popular & make great gifts especially for the holidays. read more

This is to express my utmost appreciation with great customer service you provided assisting with the shipping arrangements of the old 1906 framed boxing poster measuring 42 x 30 inches. The recommendation of using the UPS STORE MORTON GROVE worked out very well. I must say, Mr Francis at the UPS STORE provided wonderful communication and he ensured me he would package the giant poster with great care, several layers of bubble wrap, shrink wrap and the placed in a very strong large box.The package arrived yesterday in wonderful condition, no damage at all and all this job at a very efficient cost. Mr Francis at the THE UPS STORE is highly recommended. An ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING JOB! read more

Francis is the absolute kindest, most knowledgeable and explanatory employee. He welcomes you with a smile, is very attentive to your needs and the sensitivity of whatever you are shipping. He let's you know and exact arrival date and isn't afraid to tell you if your request is not possible. He always tries to give you the best deal possible as he cares about the experience you have with UPS. If the company has an award for employee of the year, Francis should get it. I live closer to other UPS centers but choose to make the drive because I know that Francis will take care of me and my needs. I've had great success on the following occasions: 1. Moving back to Chicago from Miami (LOTS of large boxes) 2. Shipping gifts across the United States 3. Sending Fragile Items Again, I love this location and cannot thank Francis enough for his help consistently. The location is clean, organized, and quiet and I would never choose another. read more

This is one of many very helpful UPS locations in the NW suburban area. Staff, like other locations, will help secure and ship valuable packages, documents, provide high-quality copies or printed materials or advise on best methods for different needs. Great place when you need to ship with the assurance that the package will arrive quickly or as-needed and be placed in the right hands. Notary and other sometimes hard-to-find services plus knowledgeable and experienced staff help avoid unneeded hassles or worries. USPS needs the business, but UPS helps when timing is urgent or one's schedule does not fit most post office hours. read more

I usually go to this UPS store at a time of day when there is a big black guy (an actual African African American) with a great accent who is the nicest, most helpful UPS person I have encountered. Today, I went at a different time, when a black woman, with the same beautiful accent, (also African, but acting more American) refused to help me secure the box and place a label after she assisted two customers of color before me, but when I presented myself and need, she outright refused, changed her kind tone to "cold as ice" along with her body language and proceeded to tell me I need many more layers of tape than she would give and refused to allow me the use of the tape gun or tape to secure the label to the box. Her opinion overrode the intended outcome; to simply tape a label to a box and drop it off so they could ship it, like the two customers before me had JUST done. She let the two people of color use it before me, but when she saw this old white guy (veteran with a smile), she shut down like a light and when the two customers had left the store, she was outright racist in her attitude. Now, I come from a mixed marriage, so the level of disappointment could probably be measured in shades. Avoid this place unless the big black guy is there. He's the best, she is an ass, whatever color or origin she is. Stupid is as stupid does. She was stupid. Life is too short. I went to another UPS place and they did the right thing. Avoid this UPS employee if you are WHITE. Store cancelled. read more

Moving to one star after the response from this business. Blaming ME for misunderstanding? Yes, great customer service. You're the service, you should explain these things rather than expecting the customers to know every rule and option you provide. A better response could have potentially brought me back in, but now I won't be returning, I'll risk it with USPS. read more

I don't even want to give any stars. Incompetent, rude, demeaning... shall I keep going? I've never witnessed a man in at a business treat people so poorly. I am extremely busy woman running multiple business, not gonna lie places like ups it's always the last thing to do on my list just so much waste of time. Since I moved in Morton Grove my first experience In this store was absolutely amazing because was first time I got to meet Francis, I was thinking he is having a good day, very nice, polite, patient, extremely understanding and gets you what you want really quickly. I was very surprised definitely was thinking that he on his good day. Of course came back later, met him again, same, nothing changed I was thinking every time I am here he is always in good mood. And of course after coming back here many times I realized he is always like this, nothing to do with good or bad day, the sweetest human being I ever met! I think he should be an example to every single employee and human how to treat others. God bless him. Usually I don't write reviews I don't have time but I really had to leave this one, today Francis even stayed extra time in the store just for me, to help me on my needs.
