Thanks to the sequester and the massive beatdown the USPS has taken lately it's hard to go to a post office to mail something out without waiting for 45 minutes. I had to send a few things off and was worried about packaging and boxes and of course, if it would get there in time-kind of cut it close on a couple of important dates. The lady that was there was really nice and helped me find boxes/envelopes for my packages, gave me time to write out the cards I picked out for them and then packed everything up and shipped it for me. The price was a little high-I suppose that's the price for convenience no flat rate shipping but I was there at a fraction of the time I would have spent at the post office, so it evens out. read more

I totally agree with everything the first reviewer wrote. I had to ship several boxes of books. The staff helped me schlep all of the books out of my trunk and packed them in the most cost-efficient way. I opted not to send a few of the books, and the staff helped to RELOAD them into my car. I LOVE the people here. They are so friendly and helpful. They really seem to be trying to save you money. They are never crowded like the post office and they don't look at you like an you're an idiot when you ask a question (like at the post office). This place use to be very good. things have changed from when it first open and not for the better. THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. They are more expensive than going to a Ups store, Fedex Office, and Usps directly. I took a package there and shipped it. after I left I felt like i really paid too much i took the information and went onto the manufacturers website to realize i paid 30% more than retail. I don't know if the place was sold or not but I would say look out now. these high reviews are really old and not accurate anymore. read more

I love this place! As the other reviewers said, they are incredibly helpful and give you the option of choosing the least expensive and fastest way to ship from all the different shipping services. I love this place - but for different reasons. The post office is a nightmare, and the UPS store is a fortune. This place is a hybrid, they can do "book shipping" and ship a book for $4, whereas the UPS store was $11. But they don't have the lines and the attitude of the post office. read more

Customer service excellent! I recently moved this past Friday. The people were very helpful in making sure my packages were well protected. Also helped unload packages and did shipping process in the most cost effective method for me. I definitely highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for stress free moving process. I would not trust these guys with anything! I went here about a year ago. I needed to send out some expensive photography lighting equipment. The only reason I came in was because I needed them wrapped properly and put in a proper box. The value of these items was well over 2K and all they had to do was prepare it and have UPS pick it up. They charged me $25 to do this for one box. I dropped everything off and stressed that it needed to go out right away. They said that it would be picked up the following day. Meanwhile as I am dropping off my equipment they are unloading a "storage locker" they just bought and thinking about selling that equipment. Really confused me when I saw that. Anyways I needed the equipment for work and a few days go by and I check the tracking number and nothing has changed. I give it a week and still nothing. I then decide to swing by and see what the heck is going on - apparently my box was just sitting there in plain sight. I asked why it had not shipped. Got no legitimate answer - very nonchalant about the whole situation. I grabbed the box and drove it to the UPS store myself. Never again will I have them ship anything. read more
