I frequent the USPS Roselle branch on a regular basis - several times a week, to be exact and 9 times out of 10, I don't have to wait in line. Service is quick, efficient, and hassle-free. I mean, you still have to deal with grumpy postal workers - that's pretty much universal wherever you go (but particularly so with the Schaumburg branch) - but to their credit, they are slightly less disgruntled than most other locations. Parking is plentiful, and there is a drop box for driver-throughs.

Both interactions were extremely rude and unprofessional. During my most recent visit, I walked up, smiled, and said I was dropping off a package. She stared at me and responded, "Ok so all you're doing is dropping off a package? What, do you need a receipt or something?" The tone was completely unnecessary. I said yes, and she rolled her eyes before proceeding. What made it worse was being asked to complete a one-question survey about whether I was treated with courtesy, right after being treated with none. When I received my receipt, I said "thank you, have a nice day," and got no response. I initially gave this location another chance because I assumed she may have just been having a bad day, but after a second identical experience, it's clear this is just how she treats customers. Basic respect shouldn't be too much to ask for. I will not be returning. Also, the potholes in the parking lot seem to take up more surface area than the actual office.

They have a very simple to use a wizard to put it together the way you want - color or B&W, 3-hole punched, binding options, etc. Then you pay online, select the time to pick the finished materials up, and you're off to the races. I submitted around 11 PM one evening and said I'd be by at 7 AM the next day. Everything was done perfectly, on time.
