I've always found the employees to be quick and pleasant to work with. The only issue is it really needs a facelift - it looks and feels old and could use some updating. That's a good reason to drop them one star, but I don't understand how it could rate less than that. I also read through some of the negative reviews and can say I've never experienced the challenges some mention. If I ever do, I think I would update the review to include feedback.

Both interactions were extremely rude and unprofessional. During my most recent visit, I walked up, smiled, and said I was dropping off a package. She stared at me and responded, "Ok so all you're doing is dropping off a package? What, do you need a receipt or something?" The tone was completely unnecessary. I said yes, and she rolled her eyes before proceeding. What made it worse was being asked to complete a one-question survey about whether I was treated with courtesy, right after being treated with none. When I received my receipt, I said "thank you, have a nice day," and got no response. I initially gave this location another chance because I assumed she may have just been having a bad day, but after a second identical experience, it's clear this is just how she treats customers. Basic respect shouldn't be too much to ask for. I will not be returning. Also, the potholes in the parking lot seem to take up more surface area than the actual office.
