A package I was trying to return to the shipper. The original UPS label clearly indicated the package was 36 x 4 x 4 when I took it to this location, they tried to charge me shipping for 37 5 x 5 to make an extra five bucks ridiculous. Would not recommend this location. The Foster location provides much better service.. read more

An extra caring, sweetheart, Leen loves her job and it shows because she is terrific, !!! people caring extra capable even made some copies to make ours go through fax machine smoother a notary too and a keeper, we saw her deal with 6 people in five minutes with the same easy compassion she gave us as we were applying and sending important materials by fax. Know that Abe the store manager is away now, but he can be rest assured the store is an extra capable hands. I use this story primarily for Amazon returns, however it is now the third time (total 4 items) that items never arrived back at Amazon. This results in Amazon charging me back for the item. So I've spent hundred of dollars for items I returned but UPS mishandled. I went back to the store and they told me there was nothing they could do. This never happened when I used a different option for returns. This location is convenient for me but I'm never going back. read more

Best customer service in town. Very friendly very courteous day handled my shipment promptly and properly. I had a sour experience at a FedEx store. I thought I was going to get it the same treatment turns out I was pleasantly surprised how prompt and friendly the guy behind the counter is and he even asked me what my ship is our standard procedure and I explained to him and he understood I explained everything very proper. Very disappointed today. Scanner was not working properly to read two labels for an Amazon return and worked fine for five other packages. Was told I could "pay for them to be reprinted." Employee lacked basic customer service and communication skills. Absolutely no help, very disappointed. Usually okay here. Update: Went directly to the Park Ridge location with the two packages. Both worked and employees were exceptional with providing receipts and date they should be back at Amazon. Will be using this location from now on. read more

I went to this UPS location several times and every time I had a pleasant experience. During my most recent visit I needed to ship a large package & I was attended to right away. I ship packages out of this store on a regular basis. The service has always been excellent. For example, yesterday I came in with 2 packages going to the same place. The fellow who waited on me (Mustafa) told me if I put both boxes into one box that i would save a considerable amount of money. He took care of it for me and saved me a nice chunk of change. Everything I have ever sent through them has arrived on time and in good condition. The store is clean, bright and well laid out . They offer a wide variety of services from shipping to laminating to notarizing. It is such a pleasant experience compared to the zombie post office down the street. read more

I am a drop off customer now. Once upon a time, I had a daily pickup in my office, then there was a pickup in our building.. but times have changed and I am now at the mercy of the UPS store for my drop offs.. I print my own labels, pack my own boxes and require no assistance from the people in this store other than for them to receive the 1 or 2 packages I may be shipping out once or twice a week.. My packages are always packed securely.. nothing is out of place and everything is in order. However, every time I bring something in to this UPS Store, I get the same crappy attitude from the guys behind the counter.. They bark at me to place my drop off packages onto the scale so they can scan it.. OK, I get it.. you have to make sure I can read my scale properly and am not cheating UPS out of a pound or two of shipping fees but there is a way to ask nicely.. Then today, the first time in my 15+ years of shipping with UPS, I am told I need to repack my package because I inadvertently used a UPS package that I should not have. He tells me that I need to purchase one of THEIR brown envelopes and repack my shipment.. I DON'T THINK SO! You want to up-sell me one of your lousy overpriced brown envelopes? I've been shipping this exact same way for 15 years and no one has ever said anything to me about it being done incorrectly.. not any other UPS store that I've used, nor any daily pick up driver, nor any other driver that I may see in my vicinity that I might hand my packages to.. No one.. except the little man at this UPS store who wants to flex his big shipping muscles ... OK, I get it.. you don't make much money off of my drop offs.. but you have to take my drop off because you're suppose to function as an extension of UPS but in your little mind, you feel you don't have to be nice to drop offs like me... That's fine.. I will now drive the 5 extra blocks to a UPS drop off box to drop my shipments off and will save UPS from having to pay you $.35 for each of my packages that I drop off because honestly, an attitude from the shipping guy is the last thing anyone needs to deal with in their business day.. read more

I broke my freaking phone. So the phone insurance people send me a new one. I get it and need to send the old one back. If i don't send it in nine days i have to pay 900 dollars. Thats not fair, but life ain't fair kid, so i put it in the envelope that insurance sends me. It has their name on it. And a tracking number. Ok. I take my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. While they work on the car i walk to tbell then back to this ups store to send my phone. No postage due. The man inside recognizes the envelope immediately and tells me that they will put it in the outgoing post but they had one of these that never made it so he takes no responsibility. They can't scan or give you a receipt. Ok. So someone there steals phones? I feel like that's what he was implying. That's what i inferred. Hosana. As a ups store it was clean. And dude was honest. I just wish i could trust them. But i am taking this envelope to the post office down the street. Praise Rang. read more

Great customer service at this store! I have used this store for years to ship items to my daughters while in college and now for occasional shipments that come up. The excellent customer service provided by Abe and Mustafah have kept me coming back. By providing efficient and friendly services, they respect my time and consistently offer additional services that will make my life easier. Their caring and individual attention to each customer are excellent! Although there are closer UPS stores to my home and business, I will always go to this UPS store. I have been fighting with the owner of this store for over a year. Last year they packed and shipped an Item for me because it was fragile and I didn't want to take a chance with it. But long story short... UPS and this UPS store denied the claim (After going back and forth for over 4 months) providing every documentation that was asked of me. My package had the pack and ship guarantee(aka if the store packs it and it breaks in shipping its covered) Even after going through everything they did not honor it. I went to court and received a judgment against them. Even with a court order they still will not honor it. I would stay away from this place. read more
