I stopped by this one as I was in the area looking simply to save time. I myself have had awful experiences at other FedEx locations, so I must admit I was slightly hesitant. Gilbert was very kind and attentive, and helped me as I printed various items. He was informative and had plenty of advice to share. I'm someone who prints often--signs, stickers, posters, etc.--Gilbert assured me that they could help me create literally everything they see in the store. Granted, you can print documents and send faxes at other locations for much cheaper (also--the lamination prices are really ridiculous), FedEx is fair for bigger projects. Even so, it is unlikely that I would return to any FedEx had it not been for my most recent experience at this one. One thing is for sure: If I am to return to any FedEx Office, it's this one.
