It wasn't too busy, just myself and two other customers. There was a man and a woman working (same gentleman I've interacted with the last few times I went). He warmly greeted me and then apologized since they had a power outage in the morning so the systems were running a little slow. While we were waiting he noticed the guest behind me and helped direct him on where to place the package he was sending. He also assisted his coworker (not that she needed it, per say, but it helped keep things running smoothly). After that the computer was ready and he scanned my package. He was very efficient and made sure that he was using his time wisely. I also observed the woman helping the other customer while I was waiting, and she was very detail-oriented and professional with him. While I was leaving, the gentleman gave me a friendly goodbye which felt very genuine, and I left the store actually feeling better and had my day brightened up. Can't say that about many places these days, so big thanks to them for being so great!
