When I showed up I had several packages waiting for me since I was in town for work. When I came downstairs I was able to confirm that all my packages had arrived and see if I could get them delivered to the floor. The staff were on it and within the half hour they were up to the floor where we were to setup. When they delivered they also let us know what we would need to do when it was time to send them back. Time came to send our packages back to where they came from. I checked multiple times to ensure when they were open. When the time came we went downstairs to have them come pick them up we actually were given a cart to bring them down. Good thing about having an account with UPS all you have to do is create your labels and they will print them in store and affix them to your boxes. Once we got downstairs, we dropped the boxes, chatted with the staff and were on our way. It was pretty simple and the hours were convenient for guests staying/working at the hotel.

Very inappropriate interchange with the middle aged asian lady working the counter today:…read more i was dropping off a prepaid package. when i handed it to her, she told me with a completely straight face something to the effect that i should bring my packages to them unsealed so she can check to make sure i'm not sending marijuana. that is none of her damn business, and completely unprofessional to suggest, apropos of nothing. frankly, it's none of her business what i'm sending beyond what i have clearly stipulated on the customs form. what utterly rude and presumptuous customer service. if i ever have to drop something off there again, i will refuse to deal with her, and instead deal any of the other more well-adjusted employees instead. yes, i have filed a complaint with the shipping company.
