While we did have a few small hiccups, Terri was great to work with. She went as far as letting us use her double sided tape gun with 2 extra rolls! The only location open is Glencoe. I googled scanning services in Irving Park and found this place right down the street. They have been there so long and I didn't even know they were there! They're across the street from Munchie's for those of you from the neighborhood. Point is, it's a family-owned neighborhood business with great customer service and cheaper prices than Kinko's. For packrats like me who save every paper, essay, and even class notes, they also scan documents and save them onto CDs for $30 an hour. The owner suggested removing all staples to speed up the process get best value for your money. I can't wait to hand over my boxes to Gator and declutter my house!

I would not be calling if my order was correct to being with. Both guys I spoke to on different occasions, were rude and not helpful. Will never use this company again.
