Thank goodness for Terri @ Mi-Te because she really helped by making the experience top notch! She came recommended by our graphic designer Erin Martin (god bless her creativity!) since she was a locally owned business. While this business was suggested, I still reached out to 4 other printing companies but Mi-Te seemed reasonable and fair especially when it came to timelines and expectations. While we did have a few small hiccups, Terri was great to work with. She went as far as letting us use her double sided tape gun with 2 extra rolls! The only location open is Glencoe. I hope Marissa and I get to work with Terri again!

Very nice people and great service…read more I was more than half way to a construction site I manage and forgot to bring a printout of a drawing for the project. I was too far to go back home and in a time crunch. I stopped at Walgreen's and was told they do not print documents. Desperately, I asked google for the nearest print shop and ended up at Z Print. I walked in and simply asked to make a copy of a document. The rep there, (Sorry, didn't get her name. I was in a rush), promptly asked that I email her the document and she then cropped it to look perfect and made a copy for me. She did not charge me a penny either. Great service and she was very clear in explaining all the services that can be provided. The welcoming feel made me want to stay longer but I was in a rush. I definitely will be back to get business cards and apparel made for my business. I am so glad I ran into this place.

I am also very grateful that I can email projects to them, work out any details that I might have missed over the phone, and then pick up my work knowing that it's done the way I wanted it and needed it.

He was knowledgeable and swift in getting a price quote to me in the same day I called asking for a quote on printing and binding recipe books for me. Other printing companies I had called took DAYS to reply with quotes or passed me through several chains of management to give me a clear answer. Mike knew what he could offer me and in the end, his quote was more than $1 cheaper per book than all the other local businesses I called as well as FedEx/Kinko's. I offered to pick the books up on Monday but Mike insisted he would ship them to me at no cost by the Friday prior to the date I was rushing him for. This was incredibly helpful as the recipe books were intended to support a non-profit foundation campaign at work that will be ending at the end of March. I have never been more impressed by a printing company's personability and efficiency. In the future, I will use ABC Printing not only for all of my printing projects at work but also in my home life. I'm shocked there are no reviews already of this gem!
