I worked with Emily at the 811 West Evergreen location and had a wonderful experience. Quick, responsive and excellent quality. Emily worked with the graphic designer to redo my practice logo, which is a very important part of my marketing. I will definitely work with Emily again for any printing or design needs! AlphaGraphics - This is QUALITY WORK! - Printing Services Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

I had a great experience working with Alex to print my graduation invites and announcements. I was looking for a company who could print my own design with good quality and without watermarks (like they have at Walgreens and Shutterfly) and we were recommended AlphaGraphics. Communication by email and phone call was excellent and very helpful, especially for someone new to the process. My cards only took a few days to print and the price was very reasonable for how great they turned out! The card stock is thick and durable with a nice glossy/satin finish. My senior photos and the text are also very legible. Thank you so much for the great experience, Alex and the team! I'm looking forward to sharing the cards with friends and family! read more

I didn't manage my time well planning my wedding that took place this past July 2019. The week before the big day, I frantically reached out to printing businesses for quotes to print our wedding programs (mini "zine"-style, colorful, 12-page staple-bound booklets). Emily came through with patience, good communication, a fair price, super quick turnaround, and a great product! Our programs were perfect and I'm so grateful for Emily's and AlphaGraphics' help! read more

AlphaGraphics - Our wedding programs printed and stapled perfectly by AlphaGraphics - Printing Services Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

My favorite AlphaGraphics location, mostly because of Catherine! She was very helpful with our wedding invitation project and gave very thorough answers to all of my questions. We changed our designs a few times but Catherine was very patient while guiding us through the process. The printing costs were very reasonable and actually saved us a lot compared to buying cookie-cutter invitations. We are so happy with the way our wedding invitations turned out and have received many compliments from our guest. Thank you so much! read more

Amazing work! Super customer service !! They will definitely be my first choice for our next project!! read more

I want to send invitations for my sister's birthday party and I does not have enough time to do it myself and luckily I found AlphaGraphics who can definitely do it for me. I contacted them and was glad that they are very responsive and accommodating. I told them my concern and was glad that they immediately set me a appointment. I explained them how I wanted everything to be. They show me the designs they made and it looks fabulous and perfect so I then chose it. I was happy with the final design that I decided to tell them to print it on the same day. When the printing is done, I was amazed because the quality of everything is excellent and I seriously dis not expect it. They really did a great job on that part. I had a great time working with AlphaGraphics and they are definitely highly recommended. read more

We use this particular Alphagraphics for work all the time. They get what we need printed done quickly and usually correctly. Sometimes we've had issues on our end and they'll still get our stuff done quickly. They're good. read more

I have been working with AlphaGraphics for over six months now, and they have been wonderful to work with. The relationship that I have with my representative is top notch and they will try to bring the best service to you and your company. There have been many times I have asked for rush orders that seem nearly impossible, whether it's a thousand prints of fact sheet, or miscelanious items, they always seem to surprise me with their quick turnaround. Working with them over the months has also allowed me to be in touch with many of the staff members there, from designers to the office manager. They work through all changes and print materials that we have, and trust me, there are many changes to our printing materials. In addition, AG has a huge variety of printing options for you and your business, from banners to door hangers and window clings. They are wonderful! give them a chance to show you their service. read more

I gotta give props to Bobby at this Alphagraphics location... he's gone above & beyond helping me out, and it is much appreciated! I'm a graphic designer that is admittedly anal-retentive about paper and inks, and he's always helping me out to find the perfect match to what I'm looking for, and most of the time saving my clients money. For small-run jobs, Alphagraphics is a great choice. So far I've printed business cards, letterhead, notecards & envelopes, all using specific papers & PMS inks, and have been happy with the results of all. Their prices have come in under almost all of the other bigger printers that I've used in the past, and the end result has always been great. read more

As far as professional printing goes, AlphaGraphics is about as great as it gets. My rep here, Brian, does an absolutely phenomenal job. He handles all our projects seamlessly so I can rest easy knowing it's all taken care of. The products are of exceptional quality and the turnaround times are lightening fast. Did I mention the prices are super reasonable too? Highly recommend! read more

AlphaGraphics is by far the best printer I've worked with in Chicago and in the burbs...and I've worked with a lot at three different jobs. Now I'm at a PR agency and we're always on deadline with print jobs. At the end of the day, it all comes down to quality and service. The team here always bends over backwards for me. As long as I call ahead and let them know I have a project coming that needs special attention, I feel like they have dropped everything for me, even reprinting items under short notice quickly. The only reason I have to take away a star is because they close at 7. read more

I've had nothing but impeccable experiences with this establishment. I'm a pretty picky person with my prints and saw several changes I needed done on a document. They showed incredible patience with me during our test print session, suggesting changes to layout, colors, and paper options. After our conversation, I felt confident in finalizing my large order. They also accommodated my tight deadline without push back or hesitation. I will continue to use Alphagraphics for all my printing needs. read more

I wish I could rate this location higher and could use them more because Alphagraphics has done great work for me in the past and the materials have always been great. If I could rate Alphagraphics as a whole it would be a lot higher. However, after moving to a new job this location is now closest to me and I have been trying to continue using them. Unfortunately I always seem to end up dealing with a girl named Julie, who has totally forgotten that it is a customer service based job. I'm greeted every time with an attitude and it is not appreciated. As a customer trying reaching out to handoff work you would think her approach would be different. I have also been appalled at the sheer rudeness thrown back at me because I don't fully understand all of the industry terms. Julie made it clear that she couldn't be bothered to answer any questions or help me understand what lingo she rattled off on any of the previous jobs. I gave her and this Alphagraphics location the benefit of the doubt the last two times, but now use the Alphagraphics more towards the loop. read more

I have been working AlphaGraphics for the past year and each time they have been top notch! I have been able to get print jobs done last minute and each time Juli was fabulousand pleasure to work with....excellent customer service! I will always continue to use AlphaGraphics.....keep up the great work! read more

I worked with Juliann through email to get my wedding invitations printed. She was very prompt with replies and easy to deal with. The total cost was dirt cheap compared to the hundreds usually paid for this kinda thing. I visited their office one evening to view a proof, and I was surprised that it took nearly 15 minutes for a representative to come help me. There was a man who had noticed me, and continued to glance over, but never gave any indication that someone would be by to help. But that's my only complaint. The rep who ended up helping me with the proofs was really energetic, kind and patient (even though the place would be closing in 15 minutes at that point). I wish I had gotten his name. I was impressed by the service both he and Juliann provided. The invitations are so crisp! The paper seems a little whiter than that of the proof. But honestly, it's barely perceptible. I only noticed when one was laid on top of the other. Also, as a bride-to-be I'm supposed to notice the minute details that nobody else would care about. HA! I will definitely send jobs over in the future to these folks. Office Depot/Kinkos quality, service, probably price too...can't compare. read more

Very easy to work with. Loved my business card design. Great customer service and will absolutely go back to them.

I manage a nonprofit and have been sending various print jobs to them for a year only to now discover that Alphagraphics charges between 200% and 300% MORE than local competitors. It gets worse - not only are their prices obnoxious, the quality is poor in comparison to competitors. I wish I knew then what I know now. I hope you can benefit from my experience. Do NOT do business with Alphagraphics. You will get a better price AND better quality at other local printers. read more

They were very efficient. The order was produced quickly and our client liason even delivered our copies as a courtesy while delivering others in the same building on a very warm summer day. I really appreciated it! read more

I ordered business cards from them. The order was put in a day before I needed it. I sent in an email to customer service raising concerns on the urgency Of my request. They were very quick to respond . The Prints came out with excellent quality. It was fast and on time. read more

I cannot say enough good things about AG255. As a designer, I'm thrilled with the level of go-beyond service that I have learned is the hallmark of AlphaGraphics on North Michigan Avenue. I have no complaints. Your production team (especially Junior) makes everything worthwhile. I tell everyone who asks me to use your services for anything they need. You're just that good. read more

Highest quality work that can be expected. Very accommodating staff. Dependable and willing to go out of their way to make the customer happy. I would recommend them to anyone, except perhaps some bargain-basement shopper who values price above all else. Let's face it, Michigan Avenue is not the place to go for that kind of business. Personally, I find their prices quite reasonable. I also consider the value of peace of mind, knowing my orders will be done right and look great. They always do, with these folks. read more

We have used AlphaGraphics for a while now but most recently I have been working with Charlotte for a couple of projects to develop 2 Marketing pieces and a template for pricing sheets that we can easily modify and customize for each of our clients. The work done on these projects by the Graphic Designer has been top notch! When we get a proof and have some requested changes they are quickly handled and a new proof is delivered ASAP and when we have final approval, our print runs are typically delivered to our office with 24-36 hours and the final product looks great! read more

Juliann worked with us to get our Save the Dates printed. She was very flexible and generous with her time in making sure that our post cards turned out just the way we wanted them to. In order to get certain details right, she even corresponded with our designer which I really appreciated as that meant I didn't need to act as the middle man. Can't wait to send out our postcards and see the reactions of friends and family! read more

Horrible customer service and poorly trained staff. Will probably go out of business within a few years, unless you learn how to answer basic questions about printing services and learn how to speak to customers without having a panic attack. read more

Where is the 10 star option?!? Seriously, Steve Dunford is the BEST!!! We had a very tight deadling and Steve was patient, very responsive, very professional and so kind!!! Our wedding invitations look fantastic! They came out beautifully, especially on the linen cardstock. Catherine was great to work with; she knew what to ask and when to check in. The whole process was painless and fast. read more

I can't say enough about this printer, and I have dealt with a LOT of printers in my time. I worked with Juli for over a week on a ridiculous deadline for a conference and it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. She helped me to save at least a few thousand dollars, suggested ideas I wouldn't have otherwise though of, replied to my emails at 5:00am, followed up on every tiny detail, made sure I had exactly what I needed even when I made some mistakes, and the materials turned out perfect. read more

Extremely happy with the price, the service, and the finished product. Working with multiple printers in multiple locations for multiple purposes can be nerve racking. Not with this team. AG255 is my printer in Chicago! read more

I've worked with a lot of printers for work, and recently had a great experience with Juliann at Alphagraphics. Of course, we had last minute changes and a few hiccups. Instead of voicing frustration and/or hiking up the price, Juli made sure everything work out as planned/promised and had a great attitude throughout. read more

Had to print up a spiral bound informational booklet for work. Juliann was great to work with, kept checking back in with me as the project kept slipping later due to content issues, and got the job completed faster than I ever would have thought. I'm astonished at the pricing at Alpha Graphics. It's such a terrific value for this kind of great customer service, print quality, and turnaround time. Usually you only get to pick two between speed, quality, and affordability but you get all three here. read more

The Alphagraphics at this location should actually hire competent employees. My place of employment ordered from this alphagraphics about a year ago (large posters, mounted with sprockets for hanging) and everything was great, especially the service. Since the employees have changed, everything is terrible, particularly the service. Where to start?! We often received incorrect invoices, which I had to then clarify the correct order to receive the correct invoice, wasting valuable production time. On top of that, we never got our orders correctly-- sometimes wrong paper, sometimes printed wrong, etc. Our products often got delivered to the wrong address (we have multiple buildings). I received confirmation on everything I asked for, and still everything was wrong the first time around. Is it really that hard to do things properly the first time? Even more, they wanted the order back that they screwed up when we actually need to use the products (unfortunately not the way we wanted them, but we had no choice). I understand making a mistake once, but continually making similar mistakes is pretty ridiculous and we are completely fed up and will not be ordering from this place again. It is too bad because the printing quality is actually not too bad, but we cannot work with incompetence. Sorry, it is just too frustrating. Things we had ordered: small booklets (printing quality was fine, but printed on the wrong paper, we requested 100# and received 60#, BIG difference), double-sided pages (quality was okay, but printed single-sided), mounted posters (image was very dark). read more

Alphagrapics was very helpful to me getting a mass client mailing out. Not only did they do the traditional print and prep envelopes, but they also reformatted my client list, so it is more efficient if I need to use it myself. Much appreciated! Thanks Rob & team! read more

Juli Bunna is the best. She's very knowledgeable about graphic production work and often offers creative insights and suggestions when we need that extra bit of help with difficult or unique projects. AlphaGraphics, specifically Catherine was amazing to work with! We used them to help print our Save the Dates and our Wedding invitations. Catherine had a good eye for detail and helped us find the right printing options within our budget but still helping us achieve the look we wanted. read more

This location takes care of our office better than any other. Charlotte is a treat to deal with.

Annette was absolutely excellent. She came up with the idea, presented us with pricing and options for an EDDM campaign, and saw the project through to its completion. Could not be happier. This company and, specifically, Annette has the full endorsement of Mahogany Builders! read more

We work with many printers throughout the country and Alphagraphics Chigaco was as good as the best of them. High-quality work, delivered reliably (on time -- early , even!) and at a very competitive price. We're thrilled to have found a printer partner in Chicago that we can depend on. Will be using their services regularly and highly recommend. read more

If you want a place that focuses on details, this is not the place. I put in an order for 28 placecards (tent style) with text, plus 4 blank placecards, for a total of 32. I placed the order over the phone, emailed my instructions, attached a sample printout, along with a text file with the names of my guests. The order was ready overnight. I went to pick up my order. Upon examination, I got 28 cards -- all good quality. When I asked about the 4 blank place cards, I was told that it would have to be printed. Although AlphaGraphics extended an offer to print and fedex the four blank placecards to me the next day, I declined. Details, shetails. For 32 cards, I got 28. Would you be willing to place your large orders here? I think not. read more
