Very poor customer service!!! I tried calling them a couple of times and I got quick short responses. They are better with email, however there were still many misunderstanding on what I meant and when I tried to call it seemed like I was hassling them. However I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I went ahead and printed my business folders with them anyways. They turned out nice, however two of the folders where missing pockets. Several months later I ran out of folders so I figured I would use them again since the folders had turned out well and they had the design on file. I called and they quoted a higher price than last time. I told them on the phone that the higher price would be fine because I was in a rush. They told me I would get my folders on Monday (which was about 5 business days later). Monday came and went, so did Tuesday and Wednesday. I finally called them on Thursday to see what was going on and they stated they never ran the order! The lady apparently took my credit card info and never processed the order! At that point I was frustrated (and I told them I was upset) and they seemed to not care about my project at all. I expect an apology or a discount but they simply ask if I would like to continue with my order like nothing wrong had happen. So, I decided I rather give my business to a printer that actually cares about their customers. I will never use this business for any of my printing need in the future. Stay away if you want to be treated like a proper customer! read more

Customer service at it's best!! I work 2 blocks down Michigan Ave at a retailer that radiates some of the finest customer service. So, to find such wonderful "above and beyond" service, at a printing company none the less, was quite unexpected. I have worked primarily with Juli the past year and have always found her more than pleasant and completely accommodating. I can call and say "whoops, I forgot to order something and by the way it has to be printed on a specific GREEN paper and I need it ASAP" and her response "Absolutely, is 3 pm today ok?" We have been working on a bid for a printing project I am taking on at work and she tirelessly has kept going back and trying to lower the bid to fit my budget. She has literally looked into each and every way this project could be printed...differnt types of paper, different sizes, different quantity! It is to the point now that Juli will email me just to make sure I am not in need of something and to check in to see how business is. And not only is Juli great, but I had a small issue with a charge on one of my bills a couple of months ago and when I emailed the gentleman who sent me the bill he let me know that it was a mistake on their end and that he was sorry. He told me to tear up the bill and call it a day since we were a good customer! Granted it was a very small bill, it was something that meant a lot to me and I will not forget. Overall, in my business we do not always deal with the kindest vendors, but AlphaGraphics is certainly the exception and has provided me with amazing customer service each step of the way, no matter how small or large! read more

Alphagraphics provided wonderful customer service for our company, Pillar Design Studios. They worked with us to create a brochure under a tight deadline, without complaint. Clayton was great; he worked closely with us to make sure our materials were up to standard. When the brochures were complete, they were even dropped off directly to us. Alpha Graphics has grown tremendously in terms of customer service- they are quick to send large orders out, issue-free. I placed a large order for name badges and dinner cards for our event in Canada and received them less than 2 days later. Juliann has been my POC at the company for several months and worked with me to bring the costs for our orders down by almost half, after looking into what we really didn't need. She has always been very prompt in emails, and we have create a great report with each other! Will continue to use their services for our future 40 events this year! read more

Still very happy with the service but bummed about the new location. Not nearly as convenient to get to during the work day, which makes it harder to check proofs, etc. Juliann was super accommodating and took pictures of the order for me so I could see how it printed without having to trek across town for both proofing and picking up the order. read more

I can't recommend AlphaGraphics enough! We needed some last minute pop-up banners for a trade show, and they turned everything around in 48 hours.
