Petty is my middle name so yes, I WILL continue to periodically check and repost every time you delete my review DO NOT USE SERVICES FROM THIS STORE. They target people with high value packages. I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max and AirPod Pro Maxs in October through my mobile carrier T-Mobile. A very hostile manager informed me that "a man in a nike tech" came and signed for my package with an ID displaying my name.. Heaven Wright. Bullshit. They get their own people to come and pose as the receiving customer and then approves the pickup so that it doesn't look like any foul play on the camera. If said camera is even working. They refused to give me any answers.. denial of retrieval of footage, denial of any compassion. A police report was filed and my order was replaced and reimbursed but the audacity to take my shit that I worked hard for is crazy to me. read more

Once again - the store says they close at 6:30 - but the doors are locked and employees gone at 6:20. If you're a business adhere to your posted hours! It's always a problem at this store. Employees need to understand that customers will expect to have doors open until closing time: many people drive there a distance expecting it to be open. It's the ultimate sign of disrespect and laziness by its employees. Clearly they don't want to work 1 extra minute - and will take any opportunity to skip out. Horrible service, just lazy employees upset they're working in a 4x4 cubicle of a location. Looking at these other reviews I can tell they've been had a problem. Overpriced and guessing prices most of the time. Just go down the street to FedEx where they'll actually take care of your package. It's only a couple blocks away, and I was greeted with a smile. I didn't have the privilege of getting helped by notorious D.W.A.Y.N.E. but I did receive great service, from who'd I say is his female counterpart... I'm so bad at names, but hoping I get this right- Celia? Cecilia? I hope someone can confirm! I used UPS' "simple rate" option, that no one in UPS seems to know about - and they've had it for a year! Had to ship immediately today to get super important parcel to my parter for 23rd. Cecilia (sp?) went above and beyond, to call me back, despite their business, and even search herself what "simple rate" was all about. Though this type of shipping isn't available in their system, thankfully I prepaid for a label. Once my immunocompromised-self trekked the 5 miles to get to them, it was totally worth it. She comforted my frantic nervousness and reassured me all will be well and they will take it from there. She even made sure to tell me that if package is fragile she will reinforce with more tape and warnings. I did get the chance to be introduced to Dwayne though - funny guy! I'm glad I deferred to Yelp on this. It's my partners bday on 23, and he was abruptly relocated just a couple weeks ago. I hope this package makes it safe for a joyous occasion amidst the hardship. Wonderful customer service here. Fast, efficient, KIND and friendly neighborhood spot. The team here makes this UPS. I used to drag having to do anything with the post office. Still do. Now I don't mind paying a lil extra (i think. I haven't been to USPS since this outlet opened so not sure about rates) for UPS because I appreciate the team here. Also you could mail your package out with USPS from here too if not mistaken and can drop off your USPS parcels here since the USPS person comes periodically to pick them up. read more

The staff in this store renewed my faith in humanity this weekend. My husband had gotten on a plane with an expired license and I was trying to figure out a way to get him his passport since on the way back he was not going to have time for additional screening. USPS and FedEx said they could not help because of the holiday. At UPS I was also turned away, however, after I left, the manager ran after me, several blocks, to track me down. He had contacted someone that said that TSA would accept a printout (which they did). UPS did not make any sort of sale. They just went the extra mile to provide excellent service and prove that there are still good people in this world. I know I will choose them first. read more

it's been 5 days and this location is now screening my calls and refusing to call me back regarding their staff stealing my items and reboxing what was left in a crumpled, hap hazard fashion. DO NOT GO HERE. They are racist, don't care about your package, STEAL and won't return your MANY calls to see how the "investigation" is going into your stolen items. I needed a print job during the pandemic so I sent it here in hopes of having it done on time. Not only did they fail to communicate when the job was done, they told me to come back at a time this location would be closed. Because of the pandemic they have different hours and they promised my print job would be done by the time they closed giving me an unrealistic time to come pick up my product. This location was my go to for Amazon drop offs but their communication as of late has been off. I even emailed the location to explain what happened and to see if they could in anyway amend the situation but that request was ignored. I was helped by the female that works mornings here who is usually rude. She's the only problem I have here. Every other employee is great, timely and offers my dog treats whenever we come here. read more

If I could give this UPS store branch 10 stars I would. Dwayne and the team are incredibly professional. I had a small move from Chicago to New York with a lot of weirdly shaped items. Dwayne actually came and picked them up with me (I lived pretty close), and his team found the right boxes and helped tape things. Everyone explained everything each step of the process so I understood the charges. They even repacked some things and cut boxes down so that I would be charged less. By far the best UPS location in Chicago. If you're anywhere on the north west side, go to this one. read more

This is the biggest scam ups I've ever been to. I shipped a 8lb item for 14$ then a month later they charged my card 78$. Do not shop with this ups they take your money and refuse to give it back ! ALSO THEY LOST MY PACKAGE TWICE !! And had to go through a grueling process to get my money back !!! read more

I don't leave reviews often but I've been in and out of the UPS store several times over the past few weeks and have been so impressed with the helpfulness and kindness of staff. Maybe I've been living under a rock but I didn't know amazon returns could be dropped off at UPS and that I could also drop off my USPS returns. Every time I've walked in the employees have been gracious and never charged me for printing things even though they probably should. read more

Went there to get postage on my letters and only sell stamps and do not have a mail machine to send mail through. Also, they require masks in their store yet the worker is not wearing her mask correctly and completely off her nose and barely covering her mouth exposing everyone else. read more

Amazing customer service! Dwayne the owner went above and beyond for us in a crisis. My daughter's program in Chicago was suddenly closed because of Covad 19 and she needed to move out of her apartment immediately. We were out of state and could not help. I called UPS store to see if they had the right sized boxes in stock before she took Uber to get supplies. When Dwayne learned why I was calling he did not hesitate and offered to bring her supplies and then make arrangements to pick up later to ship. This type of customer service is rare even in the good times. His sense of community is unsurpassed. I cannot thank him enough for going the extra mile. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Dwayne and Kenneth are the very best and so dedicated to phenomenal customer service!!! My package was supposed to be delivered to this store, but was delivered to an old address. These two gentlemen searched everywhere, including the business next door to find my package, in the meantime I found it was delivered to my old address about a mile away, Dwayne and Kenneth both worked together to assure coverage at this location as well as coordinated a ride to the old address to see if my package was there. It in fact was received by the current residence and they were home. The stars aligned! However, these two nice men, cared about their customers and did above and beyond for me!! Thank you!!
