Our partner in the business also was very impressed when he saw the T-shirts and hats. Not only did Madd Science Print Lab do a wonderful job, their customer service was exceptional. They were so courteous and personable. Any questions or requests we had were answered in a very timely manner. I had a bit of an odd request of having hats done for our dogs, which one was very small and I wasn't even sure if it could be done, but they figured out a way! (Thanks Joe!) I was extremely disappointed in the service or lack of service we received here. We have used Madd Science Print Lab numerous times before so we were certain they'd take care of us. The lack of communication left us high and dry without embroidered shirts just days before our event. I wouldn't have written the review about this company but their failure to even attempt to rectify the situation is what was most upsetting. You know those adorable t-shirts that schools get for a class with all the students' names, under a boy or girl generic face? Madd Science Print Lab helped this kindergarten room mom BLOW ALL THOSE AWAY. I got 32 kids to draw themselves and write their names and the incredibly creative Madd Science designer used all of them plus the school mascot to create a custom t-shirt for the end-of-year party. 32 kids shirts and 2 adult tshirts for a price that fit our public school budget of $5 each. The kids love them and the other room moms and I felt great when the kids in other classrooms asked why they didn't get shirts too. Because you didn't go to Madd Science Print Lab, that's why!! Tim is great. Very responsive, creative, and competitive. We will definitely hire these guys for future t-shirt projects when we can. read more

I had some T-shirts made for my company earlier this year at a chain type T-shirt company. They were fine, nothing special, was kind of underwhelmed by them. Then I decided to try again, but this time with Madd Science Print Lab. I can't say enough about the end product. We all love them. They took our ideas and ran with them, actually made what I was imagining from the beginning, but I could not communicate well enough. Very impressed, and for anyone wondering, they were around the same price as the larger chain shop, but the outcome was 5x better.
