As someone on the shorter side with a large waist-to-hip ratio, I often need my clothes tailored to get the fit just right. The pricing is very fair at $20 for a hem, $15 for a waist take-in, and varying for a few other services. They are cash only and can provide change if needed. The turn around time varies, but usually is about a week or two. I've never needed anything rushed, but I'm sure they will work with you if needed! I am removing one star only because there have been two times I went to pick up an item on the agreed upon date and the items weren't ready. This was an inconvenience, but hasn't happened in a while. My most recent visit: I dropped off a pair of pants on Monday morning and received a text on Wednesday that the pants were ready for pickup -- a few days early. I don't usually receive a text when the items are ready, but greatly appreciate the increased communication and confirmation! We could forgive the time on Google saying 11:00 AM when the sign on the door said they open at noon on Sundays. We went and killed some time, had some lunch. We finished eating and came back at 12:30... the store was still closed. Of course, when we went back to the car and were driving off and happened to pass the store only a minute later, THEN we see an employee coming out of the now unlocked door to set something up out front. We can only assume they had to have seen us trying the door moments before and just didn't care. It's not a difficult thing to open your doors when you say you're going to be open. It is actually one of the critical elements when running a business. We even gave them an extra 30 minutes so we weren't busting the doors down. It's not like opening at noon on a Sunday is the crack of dawn. It can't possibly be that difficult.
