I just had my Natuzi sectional leather sofa reupholstered here and could not be happier with the way it turned out! I originally reached out to several different upholstery shops in Chicago and picked Burchell due to their great communication (Beth was quick to respond with quotes and answers to all my questions), reviews and very fair pricing (especially considering they did pick up and delivery). Beth was very helpful in assisting with my fabric selection, even providing opinion/perspective on samples that I brought in from another vendor. Beth showed me samples from her collection as well but did not pressure me into selecting one of her fabrics. I ended up going with a fabric that I ordered online and had it shipped directly to the shop. When it arrived the packing was slightly damaged and Beth made sure I came in to verify that I was satisfied with the fabric. I appreciate her attention to detail and looking out for me here even though it was my own fabric. The team that handled pick up and delivery was prompt and respectful of my property. The whole process took ~3 weeks door to door which was pretty unbelievable! I will attach a few pictures here but they honestly don't do justice. I had a very obscure ask of Burchell upholstery, in that I needed a 190 inch bench cushion re-upholstered. Most other places I reached out to told me that they wouldn't be able to do it without splitting the cushion into multiple pieces. Beth from Burchell Upholstery told me she would be able to do this job no problem, and she provided an extremely competitive quote. My dog got into the foam and her team kindly patched it up versus me having to buy 190inches of new foam. Couldn't have gotten a better result! I purchased a potty barn couch this year and was so disappointed with the filling in the back cushions. They would deflate and they never kept their shape for very long. I took my back cushions to Burchell in hopes of finding a better solution. After scouring the city to find someone who could fill the ottoman (pouf) I bought in Morocco, I was told to contact Burchell.
