C'Upholstery did a fantastic job upgrading the seats on my barstools. The old seats were worn fake leather that was breaking down. If I was going to get them re-done, I thought why not get real leather? After calling a few shops, the costs of ordering new material seemed high. I stopped in at C'Upholstery and they had nice leather in stock in just the right color and at a better price. The project was completed in 1 week and turned out great. Seeem to be pretty good but I think could be better. Had a sofa restuffed and it was firm the first couple days but it is already starting to feel a little soft already. Also, the sofa makes creaking noises that it didn't make before I sent it in. Will see how it holds up. read more

I brought in the chair bases with the fabric I brought from the craft store and they did a professional job with high-quality foam. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in my experience and service with this place. I brought in a chair pillow, which was too big for the chair. This was a botched job iChair Upolstry by another provider.. I decided to finally get the cushion adjusted so that it would fit nicely in the chair, but in order to do that, the upholstery would need to be tightened. Since when you took out some of the stuffing around the foam, it was too big. I explained this all and got a confirmation and a quote for $300 to make the cushion smaller and adjust the slip so that it would fit. I waited for days and got the call that my cushion was ready. It was the exact same size and he denied ever saying that he was going to trim the slip. The quote that he gave me was for both. Anyway, I didn't want to argue any longer, so I ended up leaving with the exact same thing that I brought in since there was nothing wrong with the actual foam from the original. The only thing that was different was that I was missing $150 which I should not have paid for a job that was not done. To make matters worse, he kept asking me defensively, and argumentatively how many inches I wanted him to take off the slip while it was on the cushion. This is what he was supposed to determine and didn't do it. I wasn't going to give him another chance to mess up, so I just left. read more

C'Upholstery replaced the worn caning on the chair-backs with new caning and stained them. The new caning is a perfect color match to the existing chairs.
